This place is poorly managed, I have waited in line while others got their order taken around me. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. My drink was still made incorrectly. This use to be a really good place when they first opened but they have gone downhill recently.

Im so disappointed with this place. I came through the other day only to witness a blonde girl throwing a bottle at another employees head. Nobody should be experiencing that in the workplace regardless of where you are. She was cussing very loudly where I could hear her from the outside lane and she was being super aggressive with every move. Shes brought my drinks out to me before and every-time she was incredibly rude and judgmental. I came through today as-well and watched her make my drink, only to find coffee grinds in it after I got home. I will not be returning unless I know this girl is gone. I asked one of my buddies, who is also a regular here, if they knew her. They said her name was Nicole. I feel bad for any employee who works with her considering it's a hostile environment. Super unprofessional and disappointed. When shes not around everything seems to be super fun and relaxed. I wasn't going to leave a review but she messes up my drink every-time I come here. Do better.

Massive shout out to that red head guy with the freckles, he said some magic voodoo words about skim milk and sugar free syrups, and this is by far the BEST matcha latte ive ever had! I love this place, fantastic atmosphere, even better drinks, 10/10

Got to the front of the line and hadn’t taken my order while everyone behind us had there order taken. No organization, do better. Blonde girl Nichole making drinks was busting her butt while everyone else was just standing around. Like hello help her?!? Do yall not cross train your employees?

I got a water full of animal hair and debris
Maybe you need to train staff on keeping their clothes clean from PET HAIR or supplying a uniform because that’s just gross! 🤢

I absolutely love this place. I've never been much of a coffee guy or someone that indulges with these things so I've tried several in Cheyenne and I can honestly say that for my taste buds and what I'm looking for is seven Brew is legit off the hook! They're strawberry smoothie is the best that I've ever had and I consider myself a little bit of a snob when it comes to smoothies and that smoothie they make is so good! Always good people friendly very professional and they're great at small talk while you're waiting for your drinks.

I actually prefer 7 Brew. However, if you go make sure you get in the open lane. I have gone 2 different times where I have seen one car. So I pull in behind the one car. Wait 8 min then 2 cars pull into the open lane. Someone comes out and helps both those cars. Then another. That’s awful customer service.
