Great place, amazing atmosphere and music
Great time at Saturday karaoke. We are out-of-towners and sang 3 songs each. Everyone was friendly. Thanks for a great evening.
Great place with local attractions from live music to benefits to help people in the community, who have fallen on tough times. Good drinks, service. Good time there always.
Good prices good environment a little loud and obnoxious outside with some of the people that were there but overall this is a good bar to go to
If you want an inebriated wanna be cowboy and his friend to approach you at random and attempt to start a physical altercation with you for watching a pool game that they had nothing to do with, this is your spot. I have had a number of bizarre encounters such as this at this establishment. Granted it is one of the more popular locations in town, so naturally a larger number of Cheyenne’s finest will also be there.
A note on the pool tables. These tables are well maintained and level. Unfortunately there are only two tables and they are cramped in the narrowest part of the entire bar, and inconveniently placed as a choke point between the restrooms and the rest of the floor, resulting in a lot of interruptions of the game as people are trying to squeeze by to use the toilet.
They don't have tap. They need to update.
Unique and homey
Fun times!!!
Older white female bartender is most certainly racist. My brother and brother-in-law were asked to leave because my brother said "hey, mijo" to one of their "regualrs" after he came up to talk to my brother (no one knows why, we do not know him). He must of went and told the bartender. Female bartender and bar back came up and told him it was a derogatory term and that he couldn't say that. They said this to my Mexican brother-in-law, who stated very clearly he was Mexican and was not offened by this term or usage. They kept pressing him to see "if he even know what mijo meant" and they said it's used as a dear of endearment and translates to son, to which the female bartender did not even listen and insited it was derogatory. My brother is around my husband, brother-in-law, and their family all the time. This is a part of the Mexican culture, at least in their family. If the bartender and bar back didnt know any of this, which they very clearly had no clue what it meant or how it was used, they shouldnt have spoke on it. Very unprofessional and very uncultured. Female bartender lost it and kept telling them if they were going to talk like that, that they needed to leave. Patron that told the bartnder this also kept trying to fight my brother and my brother did not engage. Patron was never asked once to back off or asked to leave. Two of the girls my brother and brother-in-law were with said that the patron was a regular. At the very minimum both parties should have been asked to leave. Beware alfs only watches out for people who give them money regularly and has no moral compass. We used to love going to Alfs and it was the inky bar we would go to, but the last time we were there same female bartender was jumping on patrons shoulders and doing shots. The uncultured ignorance this time alone will be causing us and our group of friends to not be returning. I'm sure they will not miss our business as they only take care of their "regualrs". NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ETHNICITY UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BEING A REGULAR. This is also not the first review of the female bartender not listening or being rude. She must have ties to the owner because they keep letting her work there, regardless of her treatment of people not in her circle. Sounds like there's a high probability that she enjoys trouble.
Very nice atmosphere friendly people good drinks

Absolutely horrendous service. Only my second time in celebrating my friends 21st birthday and walked up to the bar to get a drink. The lady bartender screams at me to get out and I was trespassed last week and she chased me out and threatened to call the cops after making a huge scene. She must have got me mixed up with another guy and never listened to me or looked at my ID and confirmed. She not only ruined my whole night with my friends, but made a huge scene for no reason and chased me out to the streets yelling and cursing threatening to call the cops if I come back again. Love the vibe the first time but extremely pissed now to be mixed up with someone else, not listened to when I tried to explain, and then to make a huge scene for a mix up. She wouldn’t even let me go back in to tell my friends we needed to leave since I was being kicked out. I hope the owner sees this and is willing to clean things up. I don’t want her fired or anything, but would like an apology from her and for me to be allowed back in the bar again. I mean he’ll, it’s a military town and most of us look alike. At least check ID’s against a ban list before screaming and making a scene and charging at me as I left.
I literally went into the bathroom, set my purse (no cash or anything valuable inside) did my business, came out and "Lauren" was speaking to me about missing receipt paper. Maybe I picked it up, maybe someone threw it in my purse, I don't even know. I go outside, smoke a cigarette. I found receipt paper in my bag, said oh man, maybe this is what she was talking about. I set it on the table next to me. She comes out RUNNING HER MOUTH. said she checked the cameras, I'm a thief, etc, etc. What is receipt paper going to do for me?! Nothing. That woman is irrational and needs to be fired immediately. She will lose business for them so fast just because she is searching for a fight. This place is trashy.
Love this place.
Great bartender with friendly staff and patrons.
Great place, nice people, good drinks. Will definitely be back.
