Update, sadly have to take my 5 back down to a 2. My order was NOT refunded and I was lied too, would not be that big of a deal, but the fact that I bought the meal twice because I was told the first would be refunded because it wasn't cooked and Kelly had me purchase a second meal, and lied is absolutely not okay. If she was only going to send $2 desserts she should have said that, and I would have counted my loses instead of wasting more money. The $8 for all 4 desserts didn't even cover the first meal I paid for and it really didn't cover the $28 extra dollars that I had to spend to reorder the same meal. Very disappointing, we won't be back.
Ordered 5 meals tonight for delivery, sadly my chicken on my sandwich was completely raw. ( they were busy its a Friday night, it happens ) I called and the manager Kelly not only refunded my meal but send us 4 free desserts when I reordered.
We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you again Kelly, you definitely made my kids night and turned a negative experience into a positive one.

My husband and I went to have dinner tonight and arrived around 5:45 pm. We were seated immediately, which was great! Our server, Sarah, came to take our drink order and she seemed a little stand-off-ish. She told us happy hour was until 6pm, and we asked what the details were. She explained the drinks, but not the pricing. When we asked for the pricing, she made it seem like the answer was obvious, which it was not, because Happy Hour pricing is different everywhere you go. For the record, it’s half off drinks and apps. I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp, and my husband ordered the honey pepper chicken mac and cheese. The food was hot, and the flavor was good enough, but it took 50 minutes to get our food. I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

It was SuperBowl Sunday and the substitute manager made major mistakes in ordering the delivery truck and the restaurant almodt ran out of everything! Service was awesome and the Game on 8 TV's was a added bonus in the bar area!

Ordered an oriental chicken salad, via Door Dash, to my hotel room. Got the order in a timely manner. Opened the bag to find only the salad, no silverware, napkins, nothing. Kind of hard to eat a salad without silverware. Chicken was hard as a rock, like they had cooked it previously and just tossed it on there cold. Had to eat it with my fingers. Not the best experience I've ever had.

Wife got sick after eating riblets here two years ago. We decided to try them again tonight. 15+ min to get drinks, never got the appetizer. After 45+ min waiter comes to the table and says the cook messed up the wifes burger and my (med rare) steak and the cook was remaking our order.....after no attention about the long wait / following up i decided not to wait any longer and canceled the order. Paid $13 for 2 dr peppers and a coors and will never return. There are way better restaurants with way better service in cheyenne. I would recommend NOT going the Cheyenne Applebee's and will never return myself.

I went for lunch today. Half of the tables were empty. The guy at the entrance, totally useless. He told me it was a 5-10 minutes wait. I waited 20 minutes and I asked him what was going on. He told me that the wait was 5-10 minutes. I had the choice between sitting at the bar or speak with the manager. I spoke with Dan, the manager. Totally unhelpful. No resolution, I was just told to wait. I did the honorable thing I left. 10 minutes later, at the Guadalajara Restaurant, down the road, with a cold Mexican Coca-Cola and tortilla chips, and waiting for the food. OK, I understand that you staff shortages, but this does not mean that you have to treat your Customers, as a major incovenience.

Our waitress was outstanding. But they didn't have the meal I wanted, not a big deal. The appetizer we ordered was sold out after we ordered. So we skipped the app. My son wanted the yogurt with strawberries and was informed after ordering no yogurt. Meals we did order tasted fine and came out in reasonable time. For General upkeep. Light bulbs burned out at table. Host/hostess "desk" door was falling off.

There are very few places around here where you can get food after 8 pm, especially on a weeknight. I appreciate the people who work here and keep the place open, the beer cold and the food hot for the occasional straggler that comes in at a late hour.

My husband and I ordered you $9.99 meals . The burger and Chicken sandwich was delicious and I so appreciate the smaller portions. It was just the right amount. Too often when eating out the portions are more than is necessary and I do not want to waste therefore I eat too much. Love the $9.99 meals!
