They no longer serve Dr Pepper even though it's still on the menu. They don't have broccoli anymore even though it's on the menu.

The food was okay. They were out of everything They were out of french fries so they asked if I wanted waffle fries with an up charge was $3.00 how is that right? They were out of pasta for the two for 25 and my girlfriend got the fiesta chicken and it was very tough and that wasn’t what she wanted, but that’s all they had available . I would not recommend to come to Applebee’s in Cheyenne Wyoming.

I ordered a hamburger. You would assume that would come with perhaps lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup mustard or something. But it comes with this weird red sauce. I have no idea what to do with it it doesn't taste like anything I've tried before. It's super gross. Such a waste of money.

Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!!!
If i could give zero stars period I would. This place is so bad the manager even looked like he would rather be some where else. I only clicked 1 star so I could leave a review.
Food- ice cold, only brought half of it out at a time, you can tell it sat under the heat lamp too long, and it took an hour to be served a cold meal. I didn't eat what was brought to the table once I tried a bite of a French fry. Sandwich looked soggy also cold to the touch.
Service - Seems like no one cares
Standards - ZERO
Bathroom - dirty and I wouldn't use it if I was you
Drinks - I mean I ordered a blue raspberry lemonade so my expectations where already low but it tasted like blue water.
There are plenty of places to eat in town, I suggest you go anywhere else. This place is not worth it.

Our new York waitress was so busy and yet kept up with all her tables. I thought I was rude asking for sodas and said I was sorry, and she said, I'm a new Yorker I have thick skin and if that was rude it was nothing 😆 what a awesome person she is ! Thank you for thr birthday song for my son, amazing crew!

I'm giving this restaurant a 4 star rating because the manager and front of house staff was wonderful. However, what wasn't wonderful was having our fish and chips delivered still cold, maybe a little frozen on the inside. My poor husband took a bite before we realized the issue. Manager handled it really well, he gave us a free meal next time we were in, but we did leave that night without dinner. Frozen fish kind of killed to appetite.
