We were sat quickly and had our drinks out soon after. Food took a bit, but that's to be expected sometimes. There was quite a bit of other people dining even though it wasn't peak meal hours. Very good service, waiter was wonderful to talk with.

A fun medium energy heart date location... Been my top five since the 90's... No complaints.Parking: Easy access parking off street and plenty disabled spots.Kid-friendliness: It's just all over family friendly and relaxed.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is disabled, not always in a chair but occasionally. Never had an issue finding a seat we liked with plenty of access ramps

I don't recommend this restaurant to no one was the worst food I've ever had. I had the classic cheese burger and it was over cooked and cold it was sitting to long and the fries were the worst fries I've ever had dry and cold if I could give it a half a star I would.

we got sat and everything was going well. however, the service took a turn. it took us forever to get our appetizers, no drink refills, no pre-bussing or anything. our table was cluttered and we had no room. our food tasted like rubber and wasn’t even hot. server was no where to be found. took 10 minutes to get boxes and another 5-10 minutes to get our check taken care of. the restaurant wasn’t even busy. i don’t know if the server was new or not trained properly, but attentiveness is a major thing when it comes to serving. and making sure your guests are taken care of. he did not meet those expectations nor ours.and no, i do not want to be contacted nor taken to website. please train your people better.

We 4 people got there and was setted as soon as we walked in. Then we sat down and waited for someone to get our drink order, our drinks came and they took our order. They came back and asked if we were ready for another drink,they said they going to put them in. Time went by no food or drinks ? After a hour we checked with the bar tender and the drinks were not put in and the food still hasn't came out. The waiter that took our order was out doing what ever. I went to the area by the kitchen and asked about it told them it's been a hour. Then all of a sudden our food is done. And our waiter came back and was high on drugs. This kind of thing should not be done anywhere. Very Unhappy
Update - Applebee's replied to my review and asked me to fill out a questionnaire to know more and that I would be contacted within 4 days. I have not been contacted. I do know that the health department will be contacting them.Being understaffed is one thing but to find a huge clump of hair in your food after waiting 45 minutes is just shameful and disgusting. The manger tried telling me it was off the grill brush and then took $20 off the bill after she agreed with me that it was infact hair. The only reason I didn't make a bigger deal out of it was because of our server Carol was super nice. The meal should have been 100% free since I only had 2 bites and she should have given us some sort of deal to try to get us to come back. If you still insist on eating there I would request Carol as your server.
