The sign on the window says they open at 9:30am. We sat outside waiting for them to open and it was after that. I tapped on the window and one of the workers shook a finger at me

Very slow during rushes, but the quality is good. Just try to avoid if you see a line. Last I knew, very clean, as well. *Update-Still about the same. Got accused of trying to shortchange them by $5. Very understaffed.

Food cold I didn’t get what I ordered. Asked for two doubles, one as a meal. I didn’t get the other sandwich, called restaurant talked to Berry, manager he says oh my bad I only charged you for two one, I said the curly fry looks less ke a medium, he says oh that’s our large. I would hate to see what a small is, one fry. Not happy at all

I've been here 4 or 5 times over the last month, and this restaurant seems incapable of serving hot food. Fried chicken, fried fish, french fries and potato cakes have all been lukewarm. My orders have all been ready to go before I've even had time to fill my drink cup. Find a way to keep food hot or stop making it so far ahead.

Went into Arby’s was greeted by April and her team are very nice very quick and fast. Were very professional. I didn’t get all their names, but they are very hard workers all of them the girls and boys all of them the whole staff They were amazing. The food was hot and fresh. It came out fast good job.🙏🫶🏽🥊🤜🏼🤝✌️🤟🤞🏼👌✌️🤘🏽😇🙏
