I've always loved Arby's, but it seems more and more they are letting their quality of food and staff go. The dining room was closed for renovations, so maybe that will help. Everyone was friendly, but at the drive thru, I was handed two different drinks, and when I asked which was which, I was told an older guy had dispensed them, and she didn't know. We had to sip each drink to figure out, the drinks weren't even correct.
The food was good. The people were friendly. However, their sweet tea had gone rancid. I spoke to the person at the counter about it. She seemingly told another associate. That person shrugged her shoulders and went on about her business. I sat in the restaurant for about a half hour and no one even checked the tea. The food here is amazing, but the attitude of the employee who took my order was horrible. When I couldn’t understand what she was saying she started yelling at me and then when I got my order it was wrong she blamed it on me saying I didn’t order that even though I know what I said. I’ve worked fast food I understand it can get busy and you can make mistakes but being rude to the customer is never the answer
