Arby's has expanded to too many dishes on the menu, and quality is suffering. Curly fries are much smaller they don't really curl anymore and VERY dry!

Worst Arby’s I have ever been to. Customer service was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for 5 chicken tenders and didn’t even get all 5 that I ordered. I will not be coming back for future service.

3228 w college drive cheyenne wy 82007 Manager on duty : Shawna Went threw the drive thur, no one answered . So I sat there for a few moments until I noticed online that location was closed . As I was leaving I noticed 3 employees were in the parking lot east of arbys hanging out with some folks in a pick up truck and lady in car and another customer was sitting outside the door maybe waiting for them to open or maybe another buddy of theres ?I gave them some time to get back inside before i gave them a courtesy call and ask for the manager , a man passed the phone off to a woman where she was hesitate to give me her name which was odd. I had to ask 4 times before hanging up on "Shawna", its kinda a large order and id like it fresh since my job isn't close to either location I would recommend the downtown location it's farther but great service everytime.

I decided to give Arby's another go during a work trip, as my colleagues requested it. We were just passing through and this location was on the way. Great speed and service. They were out of the brown sugar bacon for the bbq sandwich, and I would go on to regret opting for regular bacon. The sandwich tasted like it was genuinely missing something, I had to pull off the rest of the bacon to try and fix it but to no avail. Not very good. Had it with the potato cakes and it was a flavor clash all over again. Not a good sandwich though the potato cakes were pretty good! I suggest sticking to the buffalo sliders. I have tried a lot on these menus and it is a letdown most of the time for texture and flavor.
I paid for a sandwich, and they had a power issue earlier. I waited for 40 minutes to get it and found that for some unknown reason, my order had been dropped and never made. I did get a refund.

Only had one person working front and so it was very, very slow. Girl at till messed up our order. When we asked it to be corrected they wouldn't give us the correct items and then refused us service and refunded our money. My advice? Stay FAR FAR away.
