Came in to get ice cream for my kids and the teenager with the pigtails gave me an attitude because I couldn’t understand her muttering. Refused to give both of my kids ice cream when I asked for 2. They need to hire people with better customer service. Horrible experience

The guy working was all by himself. Had a list of doordashes to make and a lobby full of people. He delivered great service, and was very kind. Great job! Be better, Baskin. Your employees should not have to do this by themselves. ? thank you for a great late treat.

I love coming here after all it's one of the few ice cream places in cheyenne but I come thru and there closed during open hours with no notice posted or there missing a bunch of flavors that are shown on the website it makes the experience alittle irritating I don't know if I want to keep trying to come back only for them to be closed ?♀️

Impossible to get an ice cream cake! I went by at noon on Friday their cakes were all sold out. Asked if I could order a cake for the next day or if they would have more. I was told I could come back Saturday and cakes "should" be available. I returned, they were not. I understand these thing happen and they were out and who knows the circumstances but what really put the icing on the cake after 2 failed attempts to buy was how extremely rude the cake decorator was to me. Unhelpful, unkind & unprofessional! I won't be back!

I didn't order anything. I was there to get paperwork. In the past employees greated you with a smile. But employees didn't seem very happy to be there tonight. There were a couple of small kids running around behind the counters. Definitely a different atmosphere than what I'm used to when I go there.

I ordered and paid for a cake on Wednesday, came in on a Saturday to pick it up just for the 3 people working to tell me it's not ready. They told me I needed to wait 20 min, after waiting my cake is still not ready. I don't get the point of ordering 3 days prior just for it to not be ready when I came to pick it up.
