Manager has a poor attitude, she is mean and nasty, she won't help resolve refund issues when there are cooler issues claiming it's a doordash issue, even though it's ordered through Basken Robins. Staff never seems to be trained properly, and store hours are never consistent. If Basken Robin's wants to continue being a staple in this community, I'd recommend hiring new management for this location.

Employees seem like they can’t be bothered. Last night we went at 9:15. Hours online and posted next to the door say they are open till 10. Open sign was on. But they turned us away saying they now go by a piece of paper on the door that says 9–which is in tiny type so you can’t read it from the door. There were four of them just sitting around in there. Last few times we went they were more worried about door dash than customers in front of them and rarely have hot fudge or caramel in the hour before closing. You never see the same people twice in there which makes me think it must be a bad place to work. Probably won’t be back for awhile.

This place never has anything. One time I came in and they didn’t have vanilla ice cream or hot fudge. Customer service is always eh. Teenagers who couldn’t care less. Today I went in, they didn’t have 2 flavors that were listed on the website and then when the guy helped me, he made my ice cream and walked away without saying anything, I had to tell one of the others that I needed to order something else.

I'll never go back. They tried to charge me $15 for a one scoop pet cup and a small shake. I refused and got it down to $12. The shake was terribly watered down with milk.Sorry, Blew your chance at my being a customer.

Came in to get ice cream for my kids and the teenager with the pigtails gave me an attitude because I couldn’t understand her muttering. Refused to give both of my kids ice cream when I asked for 2. They need to hire people with better customer service. Horrible experience

I love coming here after all it's one of the few ice cream places in cheyenne but I come thru and there closed during open hours with no notice posted or there missing a bunch of flavors that are shown on the website it makes the experience alittle irritating I don't know if I want to keep trying to come back only for them to be closed ?♀️
