I didn't order anything. I was there to get paperwork. In the past employees greated you with a smile. But employees didn't seem very happy to be there tonight. There were a couple of small kids running around behind the counters. Definitely a different atmosphere than what I'm used to when I go there.

I ordered and paid for a cake on Wednesday, came in on a Saturday to pick it up just for the 3 people working to tell me it's not ready. They told me I needed to wait 20 min, after waiting my cake is still not ready. I don't get the point of ordering 3 days prior just for it to not be ready when I came to pick it up.

Baskins and Robbins is so bad. I'm so mad. Apparently they don't put together door dash orders until the lobby is cleared out. I've been waiting 30 minutes and there is still a long line inside. Guess they don't care about eveyone. It's dumb and they only have one person working. Horrible service

The service was so slow, one young man working his back side off and another young lady over to the south doing something minimal slow as she could not helping customers while 8 people waited on line to be helped... kudos to the young man and I would fire the young lady on the spot. Have to question management alot

The slowest experience in town. Employees here prefer to have a smoke break instead of getting customers through the line. They are the most carefree people I've ever had the displeasure of encountering
It takes way too long to get ice cream here. Not because there are a lot of people but because the employees prefer to talk to each other, the other customers and aimlessly walk around instead of scooping ice cream and getting people on their way. I shouldn't take 25 minutes where there's only 2 people in front of me, that's insane. There needs to be a manager or someone older with more experience watching these kids because I hate going here now. I will never want to have a conversation when I come, I want to politely order and go home. Teach your employees to read people better and hurry up. Also, I also don't like being mansplained how I shouldn't order the Oreo cold brew as a milk shake because it's really strong, make my drink and take my money.

Went in for some ice cream with the family and the employees were super friendly. ice cream was amazing and one employee noticed my daughter dropped her spoon outside and brought her a new one without her even having to go in and ask. See you guys next time! :D

Ordered doordash for my niece both were quickly and efficiently delivered. They loved the ice cream. Got a banana split but you can customize, Reese's peanut butter Sundae and a dinosaur cup with chocolate fudge ice cream.

Ice cream is great. Customer service is not. Waited over 30 minutes in line. There were 2 people working, but for some reason one of them thought messing with the stereo and “cleaning” different things was more important than serving customers. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.
