My buddy and I are once a week regulars and always have a great experience. Alicia is absolutely amazing! As soon as she sees us sit down in the bar she brings us our beers without even having to take our order. The managers are great as well and always make sure we are taken care of.

I go here at least once a month with my family, and it's a pretty solid restaurant to go out to eat at. I can't recall a bad time I've had here. Of course, there were some visits that were better than others, but that's normal when you frequent a restaurant often. There's something for everyone here, whether it's going for the bar or taking the family to eat in the dining area. If you are a sports fan, this is the place to be with the TVs everywhere. However, just know that if you are taking the family here, it can be a bit chaotic and noisy because of the sports bar atmosphere, especially on a weekend night. I've never had any issues with any employees as the service has always been on point and pleasant. And last but not least the food is always fresh and tastes good. I've never had a time here where the food wasn't fresh. Also, the food typically comes out rather quickly, especially if you get wings. I know this is generally a wing place, but the burgers are pretty good, too. I will also say on a side note that BWW has one of the best rewards systems among most restaurants. It's easy to earn points. And I enjoy playing trivia on the app. This Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely worth giving a shot if you haven't already since I feel it's one of the most enjoyable restaurants in Cheyenne.

Huge shout out to Sadie who worked today at the Cheyenne BWW - absolutely stellar. I was the guy in the cowboy hat, and prior to picking up my order I absolutely butchered an order put in via phone. Sadie was extremely patient and understanding while I tried to figure out exactly how the bogo deal worked over the phone - and I absolutely messed it up and made it a very long, frustrating process to get the order in.
When I picked up my food and talked to that same Sadie in person - super kind, understanding, and a bundle of enthusiasm.
Thanks a ton Sadie for being awesome, really great example of what the environment at BWW is all about!

When I came into Buffalo Wild Wings I was greeted by a kind young lady named Sadie who was incredibly kind and helped me to my seat she was walking at a good pace not too fast and not too slow unlike other establishments my waiter was friendly and the food was solid food was just expensive

Just awful..... Took forever to get a drink and even longer to get the disgusting food. Cheese sticks cooked to long had no cheese in them, wings and onion rings over cooked and everything was cold by time it got to my table.. By far the worst place to go!!

Just moved to Cheyenne 3 months ago and went to BWW twice. The service is absolutely awful. The hostess and servers were snappy and rude. The first time we went in, we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes because the hostess was nowhere to be found. Second time we opted out for takeout and when walking in got yelled at because one of the girls was washing the door window and “we should have waited till she was done”. As much as we love BWW, we will not be back. Not a fan of spending $100+ and getting yelled at

Had the triple bacon cheeseburger today. Was very good. The crunch of the smash burgers crisp but not burnt. When they say thick sliced bacon it was almost pork belly sliced, not grocery store "thick" sliced. Our server was very attentive and checked with us regularly though they weren't packed. The atmosphere was nice, there were other people but you wouldn't notice unless you looked. Overall a good experience, which seems to be harder and harder to find.
