We came in on 8/9/25, we had a party of about 30 people - 7 families. Instead of taking our orders separately by families the server insisted he would take them all together. The service was terrible orders started coming out and servers didn't know who ordered what, then they had to come back and ask each family what they ordered, it took over another hour just to get our tickets, he took our cards and we were waiting a long time meanwhile we had an entire baseball team of boys getting rowdy bcuz it took so long. I finally went inside and requested my card back as he had all our cards laying all around the register clearly frustrated, I had to point out my card as he tried to give me back the wrong card. Very disappointing the dining experience and service was terrible!

Very nice Amazing service even got to try the hottest sauce for free before I put it on my wings we were seated fast and our food came pretty quickly as well, everything tasted amazing and looked tasty as well!

This is the only location I've been too that doesn't have Any Orchard on tap. Between that and running out of onion rings, I was not really vibing with this BW's location. Then they brought me the tiniest Philly cheese steak I've ever been served. At that point I was over it. Might come back, no promises.

Our server was wonderful, the wings were DELICIOUS (the Thai curry ones are out of this world good), and the were playing the game I wanted to watch. Can't ask for more.

I don’t care what people say, this place is tryin! Bella was so sweet and efficient, n made sure we had everything we needed regardless of how busy she was taking care of a larger table. Food was delicious and came out altogether. Aside from the volume of the tvs being a bit too loud to the point it was hard to hear across the table, shi was pretty good!

This place needs good management. Waitress standing around all in a huddle all talking . I waited a good 15 minutes. Until I asked who was my waitress . I figured one in the group talking. Managers just walks around and can believe he doesn’t bring the attention to them . I won’t be coming here again.
