great food but worst customer service i have ever seen most employees are very rude and im pretty sure i saw about 3 drug deals within the 30 mins i was there one of them my son noticed and he is only 5 what kind of buisness is this when drugs are a part of the menu

Really good local fast food restaurant. The food is really good. The one knock I do have against it is the drive thru takes a little too long to get through. With them being a mom and pop fast food place, I know they dont have the benefits of a corporation or large fast food chain but I think burger inn makes it work. Burger inn has been a staple of cheyenne for a long time and I support small businesses so I hope they keep thriving.

I'm new to town and this is a great place the is hot drinks are cold. Best 10 bucks l hot fries freshly made to order. The guy at window was great even seen my two Pugs and gave them bacon. I even called to let them know food was great.

The manager LeDarius is super rude. When I was paying for my meal today, he asked me if I was going to hang around all day since I usually take my time enjoying my lunch for a couple hours. If that's the way you want to treat a paying customer that isn't bothering anyone in the store, you won't be getting my business for much longer.
Old fashioned juicy burgers, and great smothered burritos. Worth a short wait in the drive thru. Also gives military discount,with I.D. card.
