Don't eat out much but needed a quick something to munch on. It was good. Quick service. They were not busy. Tiny bit overdone on the meat and bun that was fine for me.

Ordered take out since I'm sick, received a very squished sandwich and toast sticks that were no longer then two inches. Not impressed.

So I order my food on the app 20 min before I got there. My order wasn't even ready and had to be at work in about 20 min. The restaurant was nasty, tables and floors was not clean. I only saw one person there. My food was cold and fries were not fresh. I normally don't eat out but woke up late and had to be at work. Never again will I go here.

Food was ice cold. No napkins, and when we asked for some she seemed annoyed. Was also annoyed that we asked for our receipt. Not a great experience at all.

Unfortunately I must say that burger King is no longer serving tasty delicious food. It's not just this location. Have you lifted the bun to look at the meat? It has weird bubbles of meat flesh and is dry. The fries are stale and hard. There is at least one manager who tries his best. The gentleman with the dark hair, slim build, usually works afternoon/ night. I just want to say the food is lacking and questionable. The staff is nice. Burger Kings future doesn't look so bright by cutting corners on food quality.

I don’t mind waiting because they are short handed, but how difficult is it to get all the sandwiches into the bag? On what I did get, chicken sandwich, the chicken wasn’t crispy and tasted stale. Can’t comment on the Whopper since it wasn’t in the bag. Fries weren’t cooked completely. No phone number listed that you can call if you don’t have a phone access code. Now I have a 20 minute drive back to the store to get a refund. Irritating.

Dude, cmon have employees wear hairnets and wear them properly that hair was really in there…. I used to work fast food and it takes effort to have hair end up in the food. Food was also cold. Looking at these other reviews with stuff in other peoples food, this place needs to be temporarily closed and revised via a health inspector.

Ordered double whopper with cheese meal, was told no cheese and noone made iced tea. When I got home found the fries are cold, and the burger was way over cooked. Asked for a discount because they didn't have what I wanted and was told she didn't have a discount button. Do not recommend the Burger King on Lincoln Way.

Stopped to pick up my mobile order. Staff member running the drive through was so high he had no idea what was going on. After asking for a refund on the item I ordered that was out of stock 6 times I asked 4 times for the manager before he finally realized what I wanted. She then comes over and argues with me that she can’t refund my order. After a few minutes of insisting that she can’t, she turns and in a few clicks refunds my money and hands me the receipt for the refund. Never going here again.
