I just paid 120 dollars thru drive thru only to hop out and make my own drinks. Which is due to only two people working here. To the franchise owner I hope you lose the license.

I have never been so disrespected before at this restaurant. The elderly lady who gave me my meal was very disrespectful after I told her that my fries were cold. That is the only request I ask for everytime I go to burger king Which is a everyday thing. She gives me cold fries everytime and is disrespectful when I ask for hot fresh fries

They messed up our order. They gave us somebody else's order which looked like a mother and her kid's food and we didn't realize it until we got home. Drove back. Apparently the other patron was at the drive through in that moment. They took the returned food, which was obviously cold by now and gave it to them, and then gave us our correct order, cold, and missing sauce. They didn't even apologize, take ownership or offer anything to make it right in any way. What would be expected, even from a McDonald's, would be to fire up fresh orders (McDonald's at least does that when they make a mistake). Not these staff members though. They seem to just be going through the motions without any worth ethic or responsibility. Would not reccomend. The atmosphere was dreary, the staff's behavior was lackluster and they weren't communicating with eachother, and the food is below subpar, even for fast food in Cheyenne. Would highly NOT recommend, even in a pinch. Everyone deserves better than this.

If I could give more than 5 stars for service I would. The employees were so nice. We returned inside after a drive thru order to use the restroom. The staff was very friendly then also. They forgot cheese on my mom's burger and replaced it with 2 slices and some coupons for the trouble. It was no trouble at all, but the gesture was appreciated. I would go back to this location again, just for the people, the food would be a bonus.

Really rude and abrasive employees, on top of being incredibly slow
The food was cold. The order was wrong. And she blamed it on online orders. I went through the drive though. I should have had priority before door dash. I will never eat here again. So you know this is the 4th time they messed up orders. My 17 yr old is a kitchen manager for another establishment and can run it. Look into who you hire.

I went in to get food for me and my family for dinner. I did a mobile order. When I got home mine and my moms sandwiches where drenched in mayo even though I specifically put no mayo. The fries where cold and the service was terrible. My mom called about it and the manager was extremely rude. when I went in to get it fixed and she was even more rude to me and gave me the worst possible attitude on the planet over something i didnt even do. i heard her talking to her trainies and she even had what i presume to be a coworker sleeping out in his truck. also when i asked for her name she supposedly doesnt have to give it to me even though shes the manager, and as I was leave she flipped me off. I went back in and called her out and she wanted to act like she was innocent. I would never recommend this store to anyone for any reason. the service and manager tonight was absolutely atrocious and I will never be going back after the way I was treated
