Got dinner last night was told fill out the survey for a free sandwich I did and when I went today to get one they wanted to charge me the some price I payed for it last night I get nothing free you have to buy a small drink or something but the same price that I paid for something that should be free is ridiculous

the staff was nice. place was clean. service was slow. some of the workers seemed to have attitudes. for only a few people in the restaurant we waited longer than we should have for the food. bathrooms were clean.

If I could give it no stars I would Damien is absolutely horrendous with customer service the manager wasn't any better told them all their sodas tasted gross said it was because their was no ice over charged me for a 2.99 kids meal an charged almost $6 absolutely horrible experience considering I worked at BK

This location is never open until posted time they close an hour earlier at least. Being right off the interstate people rely on them for substance and they continually fall short.

I don’t think any restaurant that forces staff to stay open when they only have 2 employees is disgraceful. That’s also very unethical for customers.

The food was really bad there. We had to wait 10 minutes in line for the cheese sticks. Because they were cooking them fresh as I was waiting, they told me to be very careful because they were just coming out. I thought that by saying that all of my food would be fresh. However, when I got home, that was not the case. The chicken sandwich that I got was extremely hard and tasted very old. I will not be getting that again. It was hard to eat. I got about 5 bites in, and I had to throw it away. The chicken fries were really hard, and we couldn't chew them. I thought that with waiting as long as we had to that everything would just be cooked fresh, and I was wrong. This was the worst I've ever had eating here. I won't be eating there again.

there's a new general manager for the Burger King here in the Cheyenne area and her name is Karen. she's an awesome outgoing lady who seems to truly care for the customer. and I think it will see a huge improvement for Burger Kings in the area. thanks Karen good luck and we're glad to have you here!
