I had used the app to create an order and I had to drive 13 miles round trip just to get to the South Greeley Burger King. When I was in the Drive-Thru I explained I was there to pick up my order and they said my order never came in, but I showed them the app it showed what my order was and that it was paid for so they made it. I drove all the way home with the wrong sandwich and had to drive back and I got a lot of static. And I still didn't give me the fried pickle Whopper that I ordered and I explained to them that this is a 13 mi round trip like this is very inconvenient and they never offered me anything for my inconvenience I had to ask for it and they still gave me the wrong sandwich. They said they were out of fried pickles and I was like well you could have told me that I would have ordered something else the first time around! Young man at the counter was very pleasant the manager in charge was trying to hold it together but there was hardly any people there, there is only one party in the restaurant and only two cars in the Drive-Thru and they're acting like they were at the end of the rope and couldn't function. I should have checked my order before I left, I always do in this one time I didn't I had to drive back. Very rarely do they have my order correct and I'm usually there in the parking lot when I check my order instead of at home. I very rarely use South Greeley for this very reason I like the one on lincolnway, at least I get my order right 3/4 of the time.

Guy at the drive thru was having a bad day and yelling at the cars. Accusing us of not knowing how to make our own food and telling us to go somewhere else. Food was mediocre and the bacon on my sandwich was burnt.

Chicken sandwich was horrible, must have been made earlier in the day. Waited forever for our food to come. Chicken sandwich was dry and hard. I'll never eat there again!!
Burger King is supposed to be a family friendly place, but this one is anything but. There is a constant stream of foul language coming from the kitchen as well as no baby changing station. The whole restaurant should get renovated and staff replaced.

Flies everywhere, especially near the west entrance in and around the trash bin as you leave. Food was lousy. 7 years ago this was a good place to eat. Not now. The BK on E. Lincolnway is even worse. Good luck to the new Regional Manager- Donna.

I'm a big bk lover but when it comes to this one I always find my wait time is a minimum of 15 minutes. A full staffed fast food kitchen shouldn't have this long of wait times. This coming from someone who spent almost 6 years in fast food I can tell you it shouldn't take that long when the kitchens full staffed. Got here at 730 and food didn't get to me til almost 8
