I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes before getting my food. Once I got home and went to distribute the meals, there was 3 items that were missing from the order, chicken fries, dessert, and chicken nuggets from my childs kids meal that were replaced with jalapeño poppers. I then went to do the survey but was unable to due to the receipt not having the store code listed. Food is always good and I never have a problem with the service, wait time is always long though but I have never had this experience before.

30 mins for my order and didn't even have everything I ordered and one sandwich didn't get added on bacon I paid for. Also, is it a requirement to get hired on to have horrible hygiene? Take a shower pliz

*** Updated its getting worse. The staff now have a homless car parked there that they hang out on their breaks. Looks like its been there for a while ...staff still lacks

I stopped in before work and the place was a disaster counter tops are gross floors are nasty and sticky table tops about 3/4 of them are nasty and the lobby was full of smoke due to bad ventilation in there kitchen.

Waited 15 minutes to get waited on. Only 1 other person in side. Placed our order then another person came in and ordered 2o minutes later we still didn't get our food but the person that ordered after us got his. Then we went and asked for ours. Wasn't done yet. After another 10 minutes went by before we got ours . They were only filling drive through orders. The people inside working couldn't keep up .

First of all, I know this Burger King is franchise owned the restaurant does not have music playing and this front lobby has speakers, I worked herecback in the day early 2000s and we always had business before the remodel I'm disappointed in the staff and ownership do better NRA weather or not this establishment is off of I-80 in Cheyenne Wyoming

Got dinner last night was told fill out the survey for a free sandwich I did and when I went today to get one they wanted to charge me the some price I payed for it last night I get nothing free you have to buy a small drink or something but the same price that I paid for something that should be free is ridiculous

the staff was nice. place was clean. service was slow. some of the workers seemed to have attitudes. for only a few people in the restaurant we waited longer than we should have for the food. bathrooms were clean.

Went there to order the how to train your dragon meal for my son, but we didn't get everything that was supposed to come with the meal it was $13
So if you plan on getting this meal ask questions

My wife's whopper was missing veggies and cheese and all our patties were cold
