The front counter employee was really lazy and had a sour disposition. There were two people in the lobby, no cars in drive thru and it still took her like five minutes to start taking my order. She was also not in uniform because I looked for the required name tag and I didn't see it

Ordered 2 Country Breakfast Burritos and got 1. Cashier Savanna wanted to argue instead of making it right. She told me that I didn't order 2 and finally I said that I don't care just get me another. She said she would have to charge me and I said Ok. She charged for the 1st one and gave me back my card without bothering to get me the 2nd. Trouble cashier....

Order a double western with extra bacon, onion rings and BBQ sause for delivery and received none of it. I called to complain and could hardley understand the manager because of her accent. All's I got out of it was I needed to come down there and I kept telling her That's why I ordered delivery because I am at work.

We ordered online (I ordered a double cheeseburger with only cheese and bacon) Once we were home (about a 20 minute drive) the first thing we noticed were the fries were cold. VERY cold. Like not even completely cooked through. I then realized that not only was my burger not plain as requested, having lettuce and tomato on it, but it didn't even have a BOTTOM BUN. My bottom bun was substituted with a lettuce head for absolutely no reason. Completely ridiculous I've never experienced anything like this ordering food. It would be one thing if the food was cheap, but we spent almost $45 tonight. I will never be back!

Cold Zero

Arrived at 0920pm. No one attended me so I drove to the window. No one was there. I could hear them in the back. I started calling out for them, they never came. Terrible service.
