First of all the woman taking drive through orders is of a country that doesn't speak English, and rude, now the food, or what was represented as such. Fries, so much salt on them it was falling out of the openings on the box, completely inedible. The burger, or I'm not quite sure what it truly was???? Definitely wasn't a beef product, soy??? Plant??? Cardboard??? It was a gray color, bun was flat , and cold, had to wait about 10 minutes to receive order, which I understand, 3 people in the car, 2 same burger orders, 1 chicken strip order, 3 sodas, absolutely the worst fast food experience in Cheyenne, how do they stay open is beyond me,

Karina in Cheyenne Wy was AWESOME!! She was running the front and drive thru and getting everyone’s order! Completely AMAZING!! Food was hot and fresh and delicious! Thank you for the great service and great breakfast and lunch!

Walked in with 2 of my boys who were excited about the place saw a lady behind the register with her go home bag and said nothing, followed by the lady who was obviously doing the orders who looked at us walked back to the window and then walked right in front of us to a drink machine AND NEVER SAID A WORD. As much as I ‘loved’ Carls Jr/Hardees I will never give this one another nickel….terrible
The cashier reached right into my coin purse while I was paying for my order, I don't think they're supposed to do that.
And never assume that they have your order right at a fast food place just because you spoke clearly and you had to repeat yourself, make Them repeat it back to you like they're Supposed to Already

This was once my favorite fast food. Taste,quality and service, no longer exist! I got the app to save $$ I drove OUT of my WAY...only to not get points or food! Cashier took my debit card to the window. She didn't give me my points and when I took it back inside to show her, she said, NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I WILL NEVER buy from your company again AND CAN'T find a phone ### because they have all been disconnected!!! Good RIDENCE!!!!

On 11/11/25. I had the worst fast food experience of my life. I went during the night and the manger, she glared, didn’t take out order well, had an unfriendly attitude. The food was barely even cooked, the store overall was dirty and messy. We didn’t even come close to them closing and the manger was just really rude to us. Overall worst experience of my life
