The food was horrible. The Big Carl sandwich was horrible. Tore up my dad and my stomach. The meat is definitely not fresh. Is frozen. I know it's fast food, but at least put some more thought and effort into the product you're putting out to the customers. Fries were fresh and cooked to order; so there is that.

Employees ignored us almost the entire time, when we went up to order ice cream shakes the staff actively ignored us. Staff were also on their phones almost the entire time.

Possibly the worst experience I've had with this establishment. I love Carls Jr with all of my heart. I get food from here almost every day. Tonight was the absolute worst service I've had. I waited in the drive through line for minimum 30 minutes before being able to put in my order which consisted of a large double western meal with a large root beer. My friend who was with me at the time got California Double cheeseburger large with a rootbeer no ice. It took at least ten minutes to get our food, and upon opening my burger from the wrapper, I noticed that they had made me a single western burger. My friends burger had one slice of cheese between the patties, and had all the wet ingredient on the bottom bun, making his sandwich soggy. If I hadn't lost my receipt, I would have gone in, and asked for my sandwich remade, and my friends sandwich refunded. I am very dissatisfied with my order. I understand that it's a little late, but there was over an hour left until close. I should not have needed to wait that long to order my food, and have it made wrong. Again, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

The last several (5+) times I’ve visited this Carl’s Jr., there was one person running back and forth from the front register to the drive thru register (not to mention answering the phone). While she was rocking it with a great attitude and efficiency , it’s disturbing that she has to do this day in and day out. Why don’t the higher-ups get her some help. BTW, I highly recommend the grilled cheese sausage sandwich.

I was insulted by the cook working tonight and that insult was greeted with laughter and agreeance from the cashier as well (whom was less than hospitable). I came for a meal...not to be ridiculed. Calling me sasquatch and making jokes about me was far from professional. It was judgemental and rude and I will not be back.

Never again. Not even busy. Myself and one other person inside who ordered. No drive though waiting. She wait and si waited for over 20 minutes. To get a cold burger and obviously frozen sides. They were still frozen. I am a chef, done cool things. Never again to a Carl's Jr. Cold burger with frozen onion rings. No wonder this one is never busy. I even bought a coffee stuff and asked the manager to take it to someone. She said no. "I'm working." Um. You're on your phone playing games. And don't have time to take what I paid for, part of your check to someone outside. A hot meal , comfort and paid for. The manager said no. Never going back. Nobody should.

Literally drove in the drive thru and waited 10 minutes, no body answered me and I go into the lobby thinking there may have been a technical issue and all 4 employees working seemed to stressed out with only 3 active tickets on their screens that they completely ignored me and wouldn't allow me to place an order. As someone who works in food service I NEVER complain but this place is pathetic. If they are that stressed out w 3 tickets then I don't even want them handling my food

Bunch of Neanderthals working at this location not a single braincell between all of them buns were hard like they were sitting out. They gave my toddler a Hard bun and a patty that’s been sitting for hours. Save your time and money and shut this place down and make sure those Neanderthals can’t work

Check your food, they give my 2 year old a bun that was probably sitting out all day!! It was hard and had green in it. When we tried the call the manager told my husband to kill himself and don't order again.
