Went through the drive through tonight first off when ordering one car hop was yelling at the guy trying to take our order which made it hard to order. Got to the window picked up our drinks and got parked. Then sat for over 10 minutes before I had to go in and pick it up. All I got was a quick sorry as they handed me food and walked away. We had 4 meals not a big order.
I was last there in September 2024. It was it just a another dinner. I ordered the veggie wrap deluxe. At first, I ordered just the regular one without knowing it was just cabbage. The kind lady that took our order came over and asked if I wanted the wrap that had lettuce, tomatoes. Those sort of things. I said yes and she changed it over. I'm so thankful that she did that. So overall, good experience, nice waitress and some tasty and 100% cruelty free food.

Ordered 2 chicken nugget MEALS got charged extra for the side of Mac n cheese and lemonade. Order was $33 for 2 kids to eat dinner. Never again. Service person was rude acted like she couldn't be bothered. Really unhappy with our first experience here

They seemed to mess up orders, not checking to make sure everything that was ordered is in the bag. Got 2 weeks to pick up what they missed. If they cannot handle... open another location.
I wish Rapid City SD had a Chick Fil A. The food is so good.
