I get that a lot of people like chic fil a but this was way too crowded for a pretty average chicken sandwich. Friendly people of course and they are ready to help but simply too many customers.

Rude at the counter did not have correct change they wanted me to receive 1 dallor bills instead of giving me the right way then the manager was rude and said it all spend the same and wouldn't even look up at me immediately just so rude and walked away like I was bothering her so sorry I wanted dinner

We had a fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A!! My son has a dairy allergy and they made sure his food was without cheese and milk. They made his egg whites separately and made sure there was no cross contamination. He had an egg white bowl with sausage and tater tots. They were very accommodating and kind about making sure my son could eat without any issues. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Chick-fil-A in Cheyenne!!!! ❤️

Do not recommend using the inside drive through lane. It is guaranteed that you will get slower service in the inside drive through lane than you will on the outside drive through lane. Every single time.

An hour wait for food was ridiculous. We could have went to a nice sit down restaurant ordered and ate before this food was made. And it wasn't even hot. Won't be back
