“We celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday at Wing Shack! We had such a wonderful experience. The food tasted great - we love the shishito peppers & hot mustard wing sauce. The staff was friendly and kept our ice cream in their freezer until we needed it; they also threw in some funnel fries for us! Would highly recommend having a birthday party there!“

The employee who answered the phone was so paitent and did everything she could to understand the situation. The store manager at the time, Kyle, was so apologetic and did whatever he could to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes but I so appreciate the awesome customer service I recieved.
