The food and service was really great tonight! All of our food was cooked right, the table and seating were clean, and our server (Sean? I think?) He was absolutely wonderful! The staff all seemed friendly and attentive.

It's been a long time, and many restaurants to get a server like we had today. HUGE shoutout to Colette!!! My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 esophageal cancer and this girl went above and beyond to get her something soft that she could actually eat. She brought tears to my eyes with her kindness and understanding!!! The fajitas were fantastic as well, but the highlight ultimately, was our server. Thank you Colette!!!

WHAT HAPPENED?
went there last night expecting similar conditions. the atmosphere was dull and unexciting (2) my dinner (2) (rack of ribs - FULL) was overcooked. the salad was a bit wilty. the tomato was chopped so small i actually had trouble seeing it let alone getting it on my fork. i could make a better salad myself (and occasionally have). my wife's dinner (1) (fajitas) were wrapped in aluminum foil, almost as thin as paper and were rolled up into a cylinder (like a spool for toilet paper) and stuck together to the point she had trouble separating them. not enough rice, the onions and peppers were burnt and the only toppings on the plate were a small amount of cheese and sour cream. the service was adequate but less than average (food was not served in a timely manner). in all one of the worst dining experiences my wife and i have experienced to date. and all for the low price of 83 USD. UNACCEPTABLE!

Great food, great service, 3 for me is the best deal, smash burger with fries , drink and appetizer. I like the loaded potato soup very good. Their other selections are delicious as well.

The lack of staffing is evident pretty quickly. Food is pretty good and staff is doing the best they can. The kitchen also seems rushed with how the good turned out. It's hit or miss everytime I've been there unless you go to the bar area.

My husband and I love Chili's. Amanda, the bartender, is super awesome and friendly. Love coming in, and people know who we are. It's so much better than Old Chicago's
