Good was good could of been warmer and the burritos could have been wrapped better or double wrapped Kinda expensive but what isn’t anymore

This is ridiculous, at random this place will put signs on the door stating only open for door dash orders.. currently they have people lined up outside waiting do to signs in the door that say online orders only and the doors are locked. Take your business elsewhere, and if it is due to staff shortages? Well from inside sources maybe if they treated their staff better they wouldn’t be short staffed.

This has gotta be the worst chipotle of em all. Rude staff. The line is always a disaster. Food and messes everywhere. They are ALWAYS out of food.

Severely understaffed. Your team was entirely overwhelmed. More than eight people waiting for pickup. Your app should not give unrealistic pick up times. Over promising leaves your employees to inevitably under deliver.

The staff was fun, attentive and friendly. The food was horrible. Dried out rice, bland steak and lacking in substance. 2nd time here and it was the same both times.

Ordered a chicken bowl for lunch today and the lady helping me was so stingy with portion of the chicken! I literally finished this in less than 5 minutes and this was supposed to be my lunch. Every time I order a bowl it gets me full and im paying $9 for this?? ridiculous

Normally I like this business but this was very dirty behind the counter and food server slopped our food together. . . Just my opinion but 40.00 is too much for 2 fast food meals with one drink

As a door Dasher you're waiting almost 10 to 15 minutes just to get your order and it affects your ratings because there's only one person doing the order to make it and it's like you need to try to get food out on time and they give not as much meat but if you ask for extra they charge you 6 bucks for it to get a really sizable portion

This Chipotle is convenient, short walk, to Tesla charging station, traveling cross country. Quick service, busy place, food good.

Service was great tho the food didn’t sit well with me. Not sure if it was a batch of bad chicken or what but I was incredibly sick for 2 days after eating here

gave me like 2oz of guacamole, if you’re gonna charge me over two dollars for it, it should be more- every other location I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten maybe four times that amount

Online order - arrived 5 minutes early and they told me wasn't ready yet, which is fine. After waiting 10 minutes they asked me for my name AGAIN, then looked on the rack behind the counter and said, here it is. They gave me a cold burrito.... It had been sitting on that rack the whole time I was there. Staff didn't seem to care about their job, definitely didn't care about serving me good food. I asked if it could be redone because it was probably could, they said it's fine.....

Edit- gave them another shot. This picture writes itself at how bad they are. Honestly tired of paying a lot of money for low quality food. Not even worth your time. Tried different meats - always fatty like they don't know how to cut around it or get better meat. Disgusting! Go to Qdoba and save your money!!
