Chipotle Mexican Grill

After working there for 6+ Months Moving from a crew member to a service manager i can officially say chipotle is no longer on my favourite places to eat anymore they worked me in to the ground management wasnt helpful at all the pay was subpar i rarely got to have breaks or off days And i was nothing but loyal to this company even when crew members constantly called out didnt want to work i am so glad they let me go Chipotle is the kraken to its own sinking ship and i truly wish them the best of luck in my honest opinion dont work here save your soul

The last 3 out of 4 times I've been there, the service line was closed due to either their payment system being down or a sign stating they were short staffed and I was told to order on the app and wait. I even offered to pay cash when the credit card system was down, but they refused. I usually stop around 430 - 500 pm (Dell Range location) and when you can actually order food it's been good, but it seems like they are always out of something I want. It's only ever teenagers working there and IMO they are in dire need of an adult manager. I'm not ready to write off Chipotle just yet (and give my business to Qdoba), but I'm close if they don't fix their customer service problems.

I just moved here and I can honestly say this is the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been in. Looking at the kitchen is just mind blowing, food and trash every where! And they’re always out of everything. I did an online order and both meals were completely wrong and thought I’d give it another try and they’re out of forks, sour cream, chips, and beans lol.

They closed 50 mins early!!!! Pulled up at 8:10 and was at the door at 8:14. The door was locked. I’ve worked food. That’s a bad look.

Quesadilla very mushy, I wish chipotle would make them single stack and slice and package better to prevent this. Order ready 30 minutes after when it was supposed to be.

Lobby is closed for "staffing issues" yet people are still working behind the line & your online order customers are able to eat in the lobby? Make it make sense.

Completely under staffed. Signs put up around entrence saying in restaurant orders will open up at 1200, at 1210 they announced that was a joke and no in restaurant orders will be made. This place is a joke and doesn't deserve your business.

Came in to order food at 1pm the middle of lunch and they say they arent helping customers unless you order online. They then proceed to yell at customers who dont understand why they closed the frontline. Usually they are even mad I came in but today was a little over the top.

Just walked out of chipotle without being given food, even though food was spread Out on the line, I was told by someone a woman who works in there that she couldn’t serve me because they were under staff. Maybe I’m the wrong color which is FBA… foundational black American !It was ridiculous that at 1:30 pm in america In a restaurant that does not have a close sign that I cannot get served that’s what I was told…horrible horrible horrible customer service ! at 6pm they were out of chips, brown rice, and barbacoa.....

I love Chipotle, but this location is horrible. The last time I was here, they were out of many items that I wanted on my bowl. Today, I went in at 2 pm. (normal business hours), and they refused to serve me, stating they were doing online orders only. I've watched 6 parties get frustrated and walk out in the last 10 minutes because of the laziness of the staff. Online orders only??? Who does that??

The girl was working today with the tattoo left arm...PLEASE U NEED EDUCATION OR GO
