Everytime my wife and I have gone to chipotle they are always out of something that we have to to wait for.

My wife and I travel all across the country.and have never had the worse experience at any Chipotle except for the one in Cheyenne.

The crew is just wondering around as if they are on there time and not accommodating to the service that is high lacking.

You can go to Panda and when stuff is out they have already made more not waiting and making more as there I a long line just to be disappointed that they are out of something again.
Where is the manager running the place?

This should never happen not to mention customers are having to.wait on black beans.

Terrible service and lack of service is really bad.
To see everyone waiting on the something as the line grows.
Get a manager that can run the place and take care of the customera.

I came, I saw, I devoured. The bowl is empty, the tea is full, and my heart is happy.

Shoutout to the Chipotle crew—these folks run the line like a pit crew at the Indy 500. Fast, friendly, and somehow still joking with each other and the customers while crafting culinary burrito masterpieces.

You can tell they actually like working together, which makes for a great atmosphere. The food was fresh, the tea was brewed like someone back there cares, and I already miss my lunch.

10/10 would trust this team with my guac again.

The food gave my manager and coworker food poisoning within an hour. both of them threw up and had to go home. Management didn’t care and just gave me a “refund” which didn’t go through.

Made a mobile order. Picked it up, got to our hotel, nothing was right. They totally messed up the order. They didn’t give us any guacamole! I ordered an extra portion and didn’t even get one. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will never go back to this location when we’re in town.

Chipotle Cheyenne used to be my favorite. But now the in-store wait is always ridiculous because they have one person serving the people in the restaurant and five people preparing the pick up orders. Hello Qdoba!

Staff always running around stressed and confused. They are always out of something on the line. Store closes unexpectedly. The way this Chipotle runs is a mess.
Edit: had to change it cus they are so disorganized they keep mixing up my order multiple times. Get it together

Nice Chipotle location. Interior is clean and the staff are very friendly. Portions were generous every time. Only complaint is that the lettuce on our first visit was a bit far gone. Had to pick out some brown pieces that didn’t look so great. Would go back for sure.

I always enjoy my lunch and dinner here! I had to wait to build a bowl because we came after the lunch rush and there was no more white rice. The lady in the front with the hat and braid was kind and apologetic for my wait. The other sweet lady that made the rice was quick and prompt. The cook looked extremely exhausted but was working his tail off. The cashier was sweet and rang us up fast and accurately. Again, we always have great service and great food. 👌

After waiting in line for 30 mins we as a family of 4 was told they only have enough meat for 2 servings. So we asked how long it would be for more meat. They told us they didn't plan on making more. This was 12 something. Great business model. Let people wait in line and then when it's their turn to order and tell them you're not going to cook for them.
