Lady at the drive thru speaker didn’t have the kindest attitude you’d want for the first interaction of the morning. Coffee was good. Assuming nothing foul was done to it. Only place that’s open around the time I commute so I will be back.

Was in drive thru and ordered a sugar free caramel macchiato granite with extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream, I was caught off talking by the gentleman taking my order to tell me that it comes with caramel drizzle and I was trying to tell him I wanted more , needless to say I went to the window and was met with an attitude and discussing look on his face. MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG, no wip no caramel drizzle at all, I was not going to have them remake it because there where other people in the drive thru and the line inside was so long. So I decided to call them and I talked to a girl and someone ask who it was, and she said another wrong order in the drive thru and then hung up on me.... so I tried calling back and no one answered. Please city brew try and do better, I know we all have hard days all I was calling was to let you know to be more mindful and listen to your customers

Won’t be back because of the drive thru employee that wanted to “hold me accountable for my actions” of supposedly being rude for saving her from reading their whole list of flavors after I heard the one I wanted. Great coffee but terrible customer service!

If you want a place where a tall blonde haired female condescends to you for asking asking what she said about your order the first time, due to severe hearing loss and have her talk down to you as a child even though you're probably three times her age, and if you also want to witness her presence cause needless stress with memory loss in a new employee... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Other than that, it was terrific.

City Brew is my favorite Coffee shop by far! All the drinks are made and taste great! My iced white mocha is perfect every time! Their food item are awesome also! The raspberry stick warm is my go to! The staff that work their are awesome also! All around it's a great place!

Probably the most underrated coffee shop! The staff is very nice and were helpful. They have a lot of options for drinks and little pastries. Also the seating is very comfortable and anywhere you sit feels private. Definitely will be going again!
