I didn’t get a chance to even enjoy it because it was delivered by DoorDash with no top well a open top and hair was all on the cup so it went straight in the trash

Good, but always a mess. Their containers need an upgrade and size adjustment. Ice cream always leaking out of the top edges and half melted even if you order pickup and get there in perfect time. Time for a makeover, Cold Stone.

I did an online order for pick up. Employees did a fantastic job making the creation and even had it done early! I looked at my receipt and I had paid for a gotta have it but only received a love it size. The employees told me the manager store policy is that they could not refund me the difference or give me the additional ice cream that was missing from My order. This is honestly one of the absolutely worst customer service policies. Whoever manages this place clearly wants their employees to fail. Extremely disappointed that I was ripped off and that the team members told me bc I left and came back there was nothing that could be done. It’s a to go order….it should be correct the first time and if it isn’t make it right or give your employees a way to solve the issue.

Second time i have been here. Out of cones, out of strawberries, last time out of 3 different kinds of ice cream. The guy behind the counter was rude and keep saying they have been busy, but walking away from me. This is horrible customer service. I worked in customer service my whole life and never treated customers this way. It is not a one time thing, they need to learn how to do inventory properly and how to treat customers. Baskin Robins is better all the way around.I will NEVER be back …

The only reason it's not at 1 is because the sweet kid behind the counter was trying really hard. His manager came out looked at the line to the door and said she would call around and see if she could get someone to come in an help him....why didn't she jump in? Icecream was more like soup and the place was extremely disgusting and dirty...like hasn't been cleaned in days or months grime....so gross

Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our visit to Cold Stone was not a pleasant one. The staff member helping us seemed rushed and inattentive. She avoided eye contact, didn’t take the time to listen to our order, and appeared more focused on her phone than on customer service. At one point, she went to the back, put gloves on, and continued to use her phone while wearing them. There were no waffle cones available, and she initially overcharged us. To top it off, she counted us in a dismissive manner, which felt impersonal and uncomfortable. We were really looking forward to this visit, but the service left a lot to be desired. The gentleman was nice.

Young man behind the counter tonight deserves a raise! Polite and quick, and great service! Even hooked my dog up with a whipped cream and peanut butter pup cup. I will be back just because of that!

Love this place! Generous portions, delicious ice cream, lots of topping choices, and fantastic service! There is a new girl, Morgan, who is doing a really good job. She's got a great attitude and a warm smile. When I see staff that have good attitudes, you get more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ice cream is always eh, last time I ordered my ice cream was freezer burnt and the time before that the only adult working was screaming and throwing a fit in the back. I watched her walk back there, start screaming as a kid comes running out red faced. The tension was obviously so bad that two other kids working hard started fighting with each other. All the lady said was ‘not the time’. Shouldn’t be like that any time.

The staff here are wonderful very friendly and amazing to our family they were very patient with us I have never been here and my husband hasn't been here for over 20 years !! Celebrating his birthday I really appreciate these guys thank you for this lovely ice cream!!!!!

Ice cream was good around 25$ for 2 medium and one small cup, cleanliness isn’t the best; dirty floors, dirty vents and ceilings over the ice cream area. Overall a good experience just prefer to see clean area where my food is prepared

Very rude worker, I got the Hot Honey, and at the time I was unaware that Hot Honey was spicy, I assumed the flavor was just “warm” honey. I got a scoop and tried it, was not expecting such a bad flavor, and went back in line and asked if I could get it remade and the girl behind the counter kept saying rude comments trying to make me feel stupid for not knowing what “hot honey” was. It was a terrible experience and I will not be going back. I even tipped this immature girl a good tip.
