Went in tonight and all the ice cream is pretty much melted. We choose the least melted but was not pleased. Poor service and very expensive melted ice cream.

A blonde girl and African American girl were working. The African American girl was awesome, very polite, and great to work with. The blonde was the rudest in the world. I ordered a small size in a cone and said my child wanted extra toppings, she said so a kids size? Not once did she explain they couldn't mix toppings on the kids size though. Once she did I said that's not what she wants then because she wants toppings in it. The amount of attitude she gave me for the rest of our $40 order was incredible, even after saying something to her about it. Normally when I come the staff is awesome but this one is a very bad apple that gives the wrong impression for this business. It's not cheap, so give the people what they want and explain the difference so you aren't misunderstanding what the customer wants.

Worst experience I have ever gotten tonight here. The two teens that are working tonight guy and girl were absolutely rude. I asked for a shake and told them my size, and they said okay. I get up to the register and the guy proceeded to put my shake in a cup/bowl! I told them I wanted a shake and they got snappy and said they don’t come in that size and I said ok I want a different size shake then. And they got really pissy and snotty. Got another thing and got pissy when she asked for whipped topping. Cold stone really needs to train their employees for better customer service. Better attitudes. Get it together! Will not be back!

We ordered three Love it's and received two love it's and a small. When I called the so called manager stated she made one love it and one to large so they made a small to make up the three love it's! I received two large one small there wasn't any extra! This place needs to have a real manager on duty and made things right. We will not be recommending this place to anyone. At least when Dairy Queen gets an order wrong they make it right!

When I needed a cake for my best friend Miguel who also liked to dress up as a worm and flop around in my front yard waiting for birds to try and eat him this place made a custom cake for me and it was the best very delicious and personal even drew a worm on it for me

There was a hair mixed into my ice cream. Disgusting.Edit to reply to owner: I didn't talk to any staff, the ice cream was delivered, and I don't want to eat any food handled by whoever made this, so I didn't want a replacement.I can't advise them on food safety, and a conversation wouldn't have taken the hair out of my ice cream. I already had my money refunded, so it's been made as right as it's going to be, although I'll definitely never be buying anything from you all ever again.Edit 2: I found out a review was posted here a few months ago by someone else who had a hair mixed into their ice cream, too. Wow. Sounds like the owner should sell, looking at these reviews makes it seem like they've had nothing but problems that they aren't willing to fix, despite how much time they spend replying to reviews claiming otherwise.

Chloe made the best ice cream I've ever had for my child and I, and Jared's warmth and positive attitude was a joy to be around. Chloe made me an apple pie ice cream mix, I don't remember the name, and it exceeded my expectations. Real apple, pie crust crumbs, in a delicious waffle cone bowl. A large is enough to feed 2 hungry people. At Coldstone, they know ice cream. They must have gone to school and studied ice cream. I will be back to try every flavor.Edit: this place was very clean, service was quick. It was daytime!

Every time you come here it’s a long terrible wait not because they are busy because they are unorganized. They don’t prioritize they just make everyone wait would be a huge help with having some type of game plan to help things speed up and stay on track. Floors are always a mess and tables left unkept.
