Almost every time I go to this location they forget something, get my order wrong or over charge me it’s extremely frustrating!! The management needs to remind the employees to pay more attention before handing food over!!! Less joking more attention to detail!! I see from other comments this is a a frequent occurrence!
I want to thank the staff for giving me the opportunity to crush and disappoint my daughter. We were excited to grab lunch and a special treat together. I failed to check the bag but assumed the kids meal would be there. Of course it wasn't and when we got home her smile melted away and I got to explain what happened. A+ work and again thank you for giving me that great experience. Cherry on top, I got to pay for food I didn't receive.
