This location is so ify on if the dining room is open...who closes the doors on a Saturday night, April 13th..720pm, doors locked..just wanted a cone, in and out please. People sitting outside angry too...and you can't walk up to the drive thru.

Was a great place when Jim owned it. Now it sucks. The employees provide the worst service. Asking them to do their job or anything other than be on their phones is an inconvenience for their tender little minds. Omg help us as a society.

Staff forgot items on my order or it was improperly made. Royal New York cheesecake blizzard had no strawberry in it and forgot the country gravy. I got the gravy yet the tub was half full and already cool. Staff seemed annoyed and standoffish with me and other customers.

Lobby was closed due to short staffing. Food was not that great. The employee that handed us our food in the drive thru was very courteous and polite. About the only good thing about my trip to the establishment today.

The lady that’s at the drive thru today with tattoos on her hand, I tried to be nice hoping she’d change her sour attitude, she never changed it, she was extremely rude. Got my order wrong, I asked for extra gravy and never got it, I wanted a 6 piece not a 4 piece. And never asked me if I wanted a drink so I had to fix my whole order when I got to then window. The foods alright but the customer service is god awful.

We were in line for over 30 minutes. We ordered three blizzards and waited at the window for another 20. A bunch of teenagers on shift, which is fine but they were fake fighting and not doing anything. One kid did all the work. This was insane.

Bizzards are great, especially cotton candy blizzards. The circus cookie blizzard was best, bring it back. Recently, the service really sucks. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. If that doesn't change soon, the customers will go elsewhere.

I went and got takeout at Dairy Queen tonight, I was in the drive through for thirty minutes, 15 minutes of which was me waiting at the menu waiting to talk to someone. When I got to the window, no one came to take my money for 10 minutes. When someone finally came, they barely acknowledged my existence. I got my food and left as there was a long line behind me. They got all of my food wrong and my 7-up didn’t even have any syrup in it. To add onto that they put so much ice cream In my blizzard that it blew up all over my couch. While it’s nice that there is extra ice cream, I really don’t appreciate the mess. If I could give less than one star I would. .1/5
Extremely disappointed in DQ. Showed up during lunch today knowing there would be a bit of a wait. Stayed in the same spot for 20 minutes watching these four smoke while the line is all the way out to the street.

Other then long lines it's great. Last time I went there I ended up getting out of line after 25 mins if sitting there waiting to get my order even taken.

So got a bilzared with no lid then I called the store how come my chili cheese had no Chilli huh talked to a manager named Rilly not sure that's how you spell it but he informed me if you don't ask for a lid you don't get one ya this place is trash with this
