Coffee was great, but the customer service needs a little caffeine too. I asked what the place was about on my first visit and got “coffee shop” as an answer. A bit more enthusiasm or info would’ve made the experience much better.

After returning to this location for more than 5 years i have found it's consistently average with employees that always seem like they don't like working there. I would recommend a happier approach to customer service. The food is as expected from a coffee shop while the drinks are the same.

I used to LOVE this dazbog. I would go out of my way to go to this one. Sadly, the service, wait time and quality has just gone downhill enough i come rarely.
