The service was great and the atmosphere was very inviting. The blended coffee was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.There was something in the ingredients though that made my stomach upset. I don’t know exactly what it was but everything else was good.

Just went and spent 22 dollars for a breakfast burrito that was ice cold and in edible. I also asked for an iced coffee with sugar substitute and just got plain iced coffee. Definitely very disappointed in this place.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the service. I went there the 16th. The girl who worked there was extremely rude and I have had this service there several other times before. I also went there the 20th and the girl that eve was extremely nice. She was very polite. I love the coffee there so that is why I keep coming back. But reading some of these reviews, I totally agree with them!

We normally love Dazbog, which is one of the reasons we went out of our way to stop at the Cheyenne location as we were on the road. Never again. The supposed dark roast tasted like colored water. The employees knew nothing at all about coffee and they seemed annoyed that they had to deal with customers. I hate to say that we'll go to Starbucks next time, but...

I don't usually write reviews, however I feel compelled this time as this has been an ongoing issue, and management doesn't seem to want to do anything about it. I adore Dazbog, I normally come twice a day but that's about to change. The people who work mornings always have terrible attitudes. There is a short brunette who has been there a long time who is always dismissive and rude, and seeing the other reviews I'm not alone!! I've been huffed at, seen eyes roll and even witnessed other customers get told off over a simple mistake. My drink is consistently made wrong or I'm charged something different, but each time. There's also been times where I wait an excessive amount of time. I'm made to feel it's my fault. I've stopped saying anything about it in the morning and wait till I come in at night and the people working always fix it for me. The girl on mornings claims she's a manager, but she's constantly on her phone, or messing around with her friends and when I've asked to speak with someone else, I'm told they aren't there or she's all there is. On top of that there is a drastic difference between the am and pm staff. The store is much cleaner in the evenings and I've never been ignored and I'm always served promptly with a smile! I can't say the same about mornings but maybe a handful of instances. Unfortunately I'm about to start taking my business elsewhere for the mornings as I can afford to keep spending 10 minutes waiting for a coffee that's not only made incorrectly but also feel like I'm an inconvenience. I've been seeing the same kids working nights for years and mornings seem to constantly change with the exception of the one young lady. I have to imagine as long as she's there the rest of the staff will continue to pick up on her mannerisms more people will have unfortunate experiences like mine! As good as the coffee is when it's done right, it's not worth it if I'm not being treated with dignity.
Best coffee anywhere! I don't know what it is about Dazbog's coffee or what makes it different, but it's the only coffee I care to drink.

Although some people would prefer to have a Starbucks drink over a Dazbog drink, don't always understand the difference of flavor and variety. Dazbog is not Starbucks!!! William, the reviewer below me, however, does not know the difference of flavor or how to read a menu!!!!! If you want to Karen up, join an HOA and go to Starbucks! But don't harass people over the drinks that are not on their menu!After being to most coffee shops in Cheyenne, Dazbog is one of the best.I have never had a bad experience that hasn't been taken care of immediately.
This location is TERRIBLE! The 3 girls working here on 10/29 are beyond lazy and rude and they were vaping inside while sitting at a table next to the register. They have the dumbest look on their faces while you place an order. They also don’t know how to make coffee.
