Ordered catering. They did not include and BBQ sauce. Had to leave meeting to go pick up. When called and stopped by there was no apology, rather entitlement that I messed up. If you order BBQ, BBQ sauce is kinda part of the deal & don’t make me feel like the dummy.

Food was decent. Brisket a bit dry, and pulled pork was serviceable. Would like to see Carolina style sauce available at condiment bar, as well as return of the ice cream machine.

Loved this place from the moment I walked in. Briskett was great, loved the bark. Baked beans were the best I have ever had. Didn't care for the green beans but thats me not the food. Atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I will deffinately be back for more

My husband and I have been to this location several times over the last few years and unfortunately every time we decide to try and give it another chance, we’re disappointed. I can’t believe how different of an experience dine in vs take out is, presumably because you can correct staff when they forget items in your order in person vs delivery. We’ve gotten take out several times because we had a baby a few months ago and we’re at the point where I don’t even want to give a chance if we go in person. Items constantly missing, feels like the cuts of meat aren’t as good anymore, prices keep going up while service is going down and what happened to take out containers? My food shoved into a foil ball is disgusting. I understand trying to work within a budget but you’re already increasing prices the least you could do is bare minimum effort. Months ago I thought I heard that things would be changing and they were talking about moving to a new location over by BWW, but it looks like that’s not true so it’ll keep being mediocre BBQ with crappy service. Wish we had a good BBQ place in town because this doesn’t cut it.

Ordered the deal of the day plate with ribs. The meat was cold. My husband ordered brisket and it wasn't heated either. His side order of beans looked dry as if they sat in the cup for several days. We also ordered chicken wings that tasted freezer burned.
The price rang up wrong but I brought it to their attention and they corrected it.
This was our first and last visit to this establishment.

Their food was delicious! ? Brisket sandwich and the onion Tanglers were delicious!! Some of the others had ribs and they were delicious too! And they serve free ice cream afterwards!!

we have been coming here for several years. This will be the last time. Requested the Friday special , meat one step above frozen, fries are greasy and under cooked, requested pickels and onions, never got those. Did not eat the fries. The check out ask for a tip, and it made me sorry I left one. I normally do not complain and certainly do not keep requesting things when they ignore the asking. Just easier to walk out, I know they will not miss $30.00 . I will take it elsewhere.

Normally I have great experiences at Dicky's but today I decided to order online and pick up. Never again. Not only is my offer incorrect but they outright missed things on the order. I am not pleased today.
