Yikes ... This place is going down hill quick . I experienced the guy handling meat do cross contamination , he didn't change gloves , communication between the employees were bad. Mac and cheese is cold, I ordered a pulled pork and half my order was all fatty, fries were burned and hard as rock .and then asked if I wanted to tip.. I spent 60 dollars on this meal for my family and it definitely wasn't worth it . Super disappointed

We ordered 2-2 meat platters and the quantity of meat has gotten to be very minimal compared to the past. Every meat choice was cold, as if coming from a cooler. There was no bacon in the green bean and bacon side. And lastly, the cornbread biscuit was not cornbread.
The men’s bathroom was nasty to say the least right after the attendant checked it.
Needless to say, after this experience we won’t be back. A previous experience there the food was borderline, so this sealed the deal….

Would give 20 stars for service if I could. I walked in with about an hour to get a catering order for 110 people (another restaurant that shall not be named scheduled it for the wrong day). I thought I was up a creek and about to be hurrying to make a buttload of PB&Js, but these guys threw on their capes and sprang into action. In short order I had enough meat and sides to feed a football team. Which is good, because that's what I was doing!

Doordashed some food from here. Got it 2 hours later and the order was canceled 3 separate times because the delivery drivers were denied my order because dickees requires them to have a specific bag for pick up. Never have this problem doordashing food from other restaurants. Get off your high horse and let them deliver my food. I could care less if they have a required bag or not

I spent $31..99 today for a rack of ribs from here! Quite honestly, the ribs were so dry that they basically were not good at all. The outside is so dark that it just peeled off and then the meat that was underneath it is very solid and dry. FALL APART DRY! There was not a moist piece in any of the four ribs that I ate and the rest of them are going in the fridge for dinner. The green beans are OK. Their potato salad is OK. All accompaniments are OK. They’re not great. They’re OK. Their onion straws are awesome, but I’ll never get a rack of ribs from them again. And I like to do this quite often. But they will be from another place the next time. The total of my order was $59.30. Plus tip which I gave to the guy that brought it out to me. That was awesome service.!!! We sure could have used more than 2 little containers of barbecue sauce for that many ribs, but I guess we’ll make DO! We will go to our fridge for our own barbecue sauce! Extremely extremely disappointed! When the ribs are dry, nothing else matters! The meal was built around the RIBS and they are hard and dry.

Dickies’s barbecue in Cheyenne Wyoming main manager called them up And told them that I need food for an event for a church quoted me a price on brisket sausage and pulled pork for $700 told him that we had a budget if they can get it down a little bit lower it would be very appreciated. Took three days for them to call me back after calling day by day to try to get this for the church service and then called them back and changed the whole menu on us now it was just pulled pork when I had mentioned I wanted all three meets you would think that they will do a little bit more of a 10% discount. For a church so we scratch them and went and cooking our own food now Was very disappointed and will Never consider them again until they get new management If there was a zero star, I would give him -5 on management and customer service

My family came in like 30 minutes before they were closing and the 2 gentlemen working were so kind. It took us a few minutes to decide what we were getting and they were so patient. My son is 3 and is pretty rambunctious and they were kind about him. He straight up shouted he wanted all their money 😂😂 they simply laughed and joked back with him. We had been in the car all day so the kids were hyper and the employees didn't mind. I never leave tips for places like that because i think the tipping thing is over done but i left them a tip. I didn't realize they closed at 9 and they didn't kick us out like they could have. They let us finish our meal. I an so grateful they have such great employees.

Had a driver of the chain in a dicky's branded vehicle turn infront of me on a NO TURN traffic signal while I was in the cross walk and flipped me off as he drove past. When I went to the store to speak to them about it I found that he was the manager, AND HE CONFESSED TO THE CRIME. the reaturant sure does own up to its name

Ordered catering. They did not include and BBQ sauce. Had to leave meeting to go pick up. When called and stopped by there was no apology, rather entitlement that I messed up. If you order BBQ, BBQ sauce is kinda part of the deal & don’t make me feel like the dummy.
