“We were so grateful to find the one place in town that actually WAS 24 hours! We had been turned away from 3 different restaurants in Cheyenne that said they were open 24 hours (or until midnight), but were closed when we got there.
Service was quick and friendly and so was the food. Cute, classic diner ambiance and menu. Penny's saved our hangry lives that night.“

“Diner is so cozy and full of comfort food. Cinnamon Rolls are literally so huge, moist, and full of icing. They have a senior/kids menu with a nice variety. They are also very generous with their portions. If I am ever back in Cheyenne, I would go there in heartbeat.“
