Love love love our Dutch bros. They’re so amazing, however the only “older” woman working there is so slow 😭 The lines get backed up, she stands at the front of the line and when others come out to help she stops taking orders and just chats with random people. I’ve started avoiding going when she’s working, it’s horrible. I love all the other workers though, they always get everything right, quick on their feet, and do it with a smile no matter our bipolar Wyoming weather 🤣

The service here is like Chick-fil-A with coffee! A worker can come to you with a tablet to take your order then actually bring the drink to you than let you pull up to the drive thru to pick up your drink. Excellent choice for those looking for an alternative to Starbucks.

Dutch Bros is my daily go-to, I freaking love the staff there they get to know their regulars and they are always so happy and friendly and if something happens where drink needs to be remade they never have an attitude about it they go above and beyond all the time and I love the little cute notes that they write on top of the lid telling you to have a good day or you look pretty today or happy birthday yes you get the happy birthdays. They will write words of encouragement towards you if they notice you're having a bad Dutch Bros coffee in my opinion is absolutely hands down the best in town.

The staff was to busy planning what sounded like a party that they made my husbands drink and forgot mine waited 20 minutes for them to make it then didn't get chocolate drizzle I ordered

Products are great, the array of options is impressive, and the employees are upbeat and seem happy to be there - HOWEVER, there MUST be a better way to run the drive thru when the line is so long it’s split in 2 & BOTH lines are overflowing out of the parking lot. Only go here if it’s very slow or if you’ve got plenty of time to spare. You can order via the app, but not via a speaker in the drive thru. And either way you have to wait until the employees come up to your car to ask if you ordered via the app, and if not they take your order in person, on foot, and then you go back to waiting. I’ve heard that one of the 2 lines is for app orders and one for order-taking, but that never seems to be the case as no one knows which is which due to lack of anything (signs, etc) indicating what the process is.

If you get an iced golden eagle get ready for 4-5 mouth fulls of thick caramel. I've ordered it about 15 times. It's rough. They should mix it hot key it melt. Then pour it over ice. I would rather wait for better quality drinks.
