This restaurant offers a few clearly labeled vegan options. My husband and I tried the Va Va Vegan Skillet and really enjoyed it. It was great to find a place with vegan breakfast choices, especially since options in the area are limited.

Food is solid here from the toast to the rustic potatoes. The BOSS bacon is worth it with its sweet and slightly peppery heat combination. They accommodated our group of 12 nicely in the back area. Parking was plentiful.
This is the happening place in Cheyenne on a Sunday morning. Holy cow was it popular. We drove up from Fort Collins for a show on Saturday night and picked Epic Egg for breakfast, based on reviews.
Admittedly I was pretty disappointed in quality. I had the traditional eggs benedict and my boyfriend had some type of southwestern skillet. I judge a breakfast restaurant based on 2 things...hollandaise sauce and poached eggs and they failed both. The hollandaise was sparsely served on my benny, and it tasted and looked like a premade or powdered commercial mix. The poached egg was significantly under poached and the whites were still runny and translucent. So gross.
I had a nice latte and my boyfriend did enjoy his skillet. He did get a biscuit with a side of gravy. The gravy was gelatinous and again, appeared to be from a packaged mix or perhaps out of a giant can. Gawd, it makes such a difference if you make things from scratch rather than buying them from sysco.
Bous points, they serve mimosa and bloody marys and delicious lattes.

We went to Epic Egg (R) for brunch and tried two of the 4 vegan items on their menu: Vegan Scramble with an added roated jalapeño, and their Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Both were very goid and made using Just Egg (R). I liked the Vegan Burrito better with it's diced chiles and vegan sausage. It had more zing than the roasted jalapeño which wasn't spicy at all. Nonetheless, we both enjoyed both and appreciate having these vegan choices available in Cheyenne. We also asked if it would be possible to get a vegetarian Green Benedict, making it vegan substituting scrambled Just Egg for the eggs and omitting the hollandaise sauce, and we're told they could do that. We won't get the Go Green as the Quinoa cakes are made with egg. When our diet was vegetarian rather than vegan it was one of our favorites. Fortunately, there are enough other Vegan options we don't miss it. For a Vegan breakfast or brunch this is one of the best places to go in Cheyenne.
