This was my first, and last time ordering from them. It's like the didn't even read the order, and I didn't get my drink. I contact support and get told 24-48 hours. Bruh... never again, which sucks became the foods actually pretty good.

We were greeted at the door. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The manager Will brought our food to the table. They remembered our names. We go weekly for our lunch date and always appreciate the service and the quality of the food. We love to go to Firehouse Subs.

Online order that was ready as soon as I walked in the door. Odd set up of just taking the bag with your name on it. No verification, checking, etc. Good thing no one wanted my food more than me. Sandwiches were delicious, though.

I've been to many Firehouse Subs, I have a favorite sandwich I've always loved, and I'm accustomed to a certain level of friendlies I've always received while eating at a Firehous. And this one knocked it out of the park and then some.

Love the jerk turkey sandwich. Everyone is always so friendly and smiling. I got a wonderful foot stool today. A pickle bucket yes that is the coolest thing.

I want to first and foremost shoutout the lady with the glasses who works the counter. I was just telling my husband she is one of my favorite faces in town. She is by far the most consistently kind and upbeat person I have ever met in Cheyenne. She is great with kids and talking to them. She is prompt, curious and fun! The entire team always is so friendly and on it. The food is consistently not just good but delicious. I am so thankful for Firehouse being in this state! Great job to all of you.
