Ms. Dorothy the shift lead during our visit went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Very thorough and thoughtful during the ordering process and a couple table checks. She made sure to engage with my 3 year old daughter and make her feel welcome! I can promise you that you’re not paying her enough whatever it may be, she is worth double or more. I'm sorry to say that this was my first time trying Firehouse Subs. But it won't be my last! I had a beef and cheddar and man, was it good! The bread was fresh, and there was plenty of meat on the sandwich. The restaurant was clean and the employees were helpful and very friendly. I got my food quickly even though it was a bit busy that afternoon. Good job, folks! You've got a fan!
