Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I did an online order. Asked for no cheese, I got cheese. Asked for a chicken sandwich, I got beef. Excessively salty chicken tenders. The person I picked up the meal from was not very friendly. I am ready for robots to make my food and give me my food. The one saving grace was there is a black bean burger option, kudos for that. 2.5 stars.

Best hamburger place in Cheyenne since unfortunately Scotty's Drive-in closed. Great customer service, awesome food and the restaurant was clean.

Ordered a pickup order from DD. a triple steak burger, California style double, order of fries and order of onion rings came out to $32. Picked up the bag and noticed how disappointingly light it felt. Par for the course in post Brandon, record inflation America, I guess. Wing shack is giving away 16 boneless, 6 tenders and an order of Cajun corn for $29 pickup and I ate that for 2 whole days. That being said, the burgers are good, even if the California was over sauced and falling apart. Not big, juicy burgers, these are smash patties so no weight to them. Fries were not crisp or hot, onion rings were very good. May do this once in a while but the value just isn't there for portion size. This whole region has basically turned into East California price wise, and the working man has to really pick his spots to not get gouged by corporate greed.

We absolutely LOVE Freddy's so much. Quality is by far the best in town of any fast food and is in my opinion cheaper too. We also appreciate the friendly and efficient service!!!

Prices are a bit too high and the quantity could but a bit more, however, the quality of the food and service is exceptional!

Our favorite of all time burger place! Fabulous burgers and the custards devine! Staff was super friendly and restaurant was very clean! Five stars for the experience!

The food is great but the drive through takes forever. Every time I swear I won’t come again because the drive through is a slog.

After getting through the line and getting home I also realized they didn’t give me my nine dollar order of cheese curds.

The service was excellent, and very fast. The manager was very friendly even stopped by to check up on everyone. and the restaurant was very, clean would recommend

Miranda, tyler, Alex, Shannon, Rachel, and Bryan are great people! They made my Freddy’s experience absolutely wonderful! They are amazing workers and we will forever love Freddy’s!
