I had an issue with my order and was prepared to leave and not great review, Orean, one of the managers went out of her way to figure out what was wrong and still get me our food and also include coupons. I am appreciative of the customer service

I had a great experience with this location and staff! Their grills were down unfortunately but they let me know before I ordered, and offered a discount for the inconvenience on some items. Once I ordered, the wait in the drive thru line was taking a little longer but I didn’t mind. The person in front of us drove off, so I accidentally paid for their meal not realizing it wasn’t ours. The manager on duty I believe it was, was so kind though and she refunded us the meal we paid for, and then comped the meal we actually ordered and she gave us the other order too. I could tell they were having a stressful night but everything was handled so well and the staff was very kind! I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name who took care of all the confusion, but she was amazing!

Currently sitting here, four tables plus us have people sitting at them. No one is at the counter. Employees just standing there doing nothing. The front customer soda machine is producing nothing but Co2, with no syrup, the sweet tea is not sweet at all and it is basically light brown water. Whoever is in charge of keeping up with things should probably pay more attention to the front customer area.

This restaurant is friendly and cooks your order well. They stumble a little on portion size for the sides. Onion rings are pretty light in number and a bit too greasy in quality. The burgers are good and well made. Tater tots are plentiful enough to know you had them. Perhaps as important as the satisfaction with the food is comfort in the dining area. It was clean, including the tables and self service areas.

This place is awesome! The food is amazing, and the price is fantastic! I am from out of town and visit during CFD and look forward to eating there every year.
