It’s not hard to recommend Guadalajara. Truly, what a fantastic restaurant. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. The wait staff is always on top of it, the food is always hot and prepared perfectly, and the atmosphere is exactly as you’d want it to be when eating delicious Mexican food. This has become my go to when I don’t want to cook. The chips, salsa, and beans are excellent. I typically get the Milanesa or the Carne Asada and I have not left the restaurant unhappy. Give it a shot!

Pleasantly surprised to find real mexican food all the way up in Wyoming. Growing up close to the border and now my work takes me everywhere finding good Mexican food is hard. Do yourself a favor and give them a try if you're in the area. It is well worth it!!
