Hacienda Guadalajara Cheyenne

My husband is a Cheyenne native, and despite us living all the way in Oklahoma, he regularly mentions Guadalajara. It’s his favorite restaurant to this day, and every time we visit Cheyenne, we have to visit Guadalajara. Thanks to him, it’s one of my favorites now too. Fantastic food, beautiful restaurant, and wonderful staff.

Great place to have dinner a little pricey but where isint!!! Right.

I’ve eaten here many times but this time just wasn’t that great. Not sure what happened but my friend ended up with an upset stomach and I didn’t eat much of my food, my order wasn’t right and I told my waitress but she didn’t care.

I had the green chili pork chimichanga. It was great 👍

The best Mexican restaurant ever !

Let us in early. Seated in area close to wait staff and food delivered promptly. Most important the food was generous and quite tasty! Take home boxes provided and check out smooth. Highly recommend!

CHICKEN HEART IN MY FOOD!!! I got the enchiladas trio and my first bite was a fricken CHICKEN HEART!!! Revolting.

Love this place! They offer large, delicious dishes and their margaritas always hit the spot. It’s always a go-to for my husband and I when we’re in town, and we love that we are always able to get a table, even though they’re always busy. The Pollo ala Crema is my favorite, and the hubby gets the Mexican Trios with the bacon wrapped shrimp. Always a good meal!

Try their Chelada with Modelo Especial, the Carne Asada is my go to every time I visit. The staff is awesome, they humor me when I try ordering in my broken Espanol which is cool because some other places just look at me like I'm dumb. I really appreciate that the staff here let's me practice my Spanish when I'm here. GRACIAS!!!!
