We really liked Hi Suchi. The place is decent and clean. We ordered 7 different suchi flavors, our winner are : eel cali suchi rolls, spicy tuna, salmon suchi this is just me. My husband concluded that only the pickle suchi roll was "weird" but was worth to try. Overall, we are happy we found our suchi place. We totally recommend it.

While there was a delay in delivery, their exceptional customer service shone through as they generously provided free donuts, which I appreciated. Despite the delay, the food was fresh and delicious, and their attention to customer satisfaction left a positive impression. This place doesn't look like your typical sushi place. Also, you can get donuts and coffee here as well. The food was good, service was good and their sushi menu is quite large. They also have ramen. Decently priced too.

Coming from the East Coast, I know good sushi and I haven't found any that I love either in Cheyenne or Ft.Collins. I've been craving sushi and I did not want to pay Wasabi prices. Bejo left the membrane in my shrimp when I had the tempura roll there (never.again), so I was really debating on trying a new place. 100% worth it! Hi sushi is hands down the best sushi I've had here! It's not expensive, it tasted fresh, my shrimp was cleaned! I ordered delivery and they forgot a roll and quickly delivered the forgotten roll. The people were so friendly about it too! I truly believe this place is a hidden gem. I will not get my sushi anywhere else in Cheyenne! So good! So worth it! Best sushi in town!

Best sushi I've ever had. Also, the owner is really cool and down-to-earth. A wonderful atmosphere where you get to have a conversation with the staff if you're by yourself or with friends.
I'm not a fan of sushi but there non seafood/sushi dishes are sooooo good. My friend who got sushi said his was amazing. I got the sweet and spicy chicken. It is absolutely amazing. It's very flavorful and not too spicy for people that aren't a fan of super spicy food (me). Overall if I could rate this place higher I would.
