A consistent Schedule of when you are open and closed would be appreciated... I have come here many times in the morning when the sign says open and it's not. Hard to run a business when you aren't open according to your posted

My complaint is not with the employees, aside from they never seem staffed appropriately…some are friendlier than others, but that’s anywhere. My biggest complaints are the number of times I checked the website, says it’s open, then I get there and there’s a small homemade sign that says they’re closed. Secondly, they’re always out of one thing or another…bottom line, get the manager they have organized, or find someone willing to run the business.

Dead as could be in there. Worker seemed like would rather be anywhere but there. Smoothie is definitely not smooth very chunky. And when I said something about it she said 'I blended it twice' with attitude. it's so thick with a lot of ice and very chunky. Won't be going back.

The manager (Brandi) fired a homeless veteran who had a child on the way. Was the most professional manager at that. It's sick to see how society treats people & our vets.

I would give this store -5 stars if possible. Never have i been treated so rudely here. First off I walk in and there is noone at the counter---understandable but the Subway employees werent sure where employee was...i wait for about 5" and then ask subway employees again if they could find him....theyre like we're not sure where he is-maybe he is in the bathroom...so i wait another 5"...then I ask them so is there a manager or someone who we can grab---subway employees are like he is the manager...wait a lil longer for him to come out. he walks out nonchalantly and doesnt even really acknowledge that he wasnt there. I had a birthday coupon for $5 off...he couldnt get the QR code to scan so he manually adjusts, but he takes 4.65 off and charges me the rest. When i point out that i should only owe .05 cents as the total was 5.05..he grumbles and i say its not a huge deal but the coupon was for $5...he said, 'Well, obviously you do care." NEVER have i been treated so rudely and inconsiderately...i wouldve paid the darn .45 but i was over his rudeness. I said, "I dont want anything then, thank you." If this is manager quality, then I will no longer go there. BEWARE!!!

I have walked into this establishment multiple times and stood inside for a few minutes waiting for service. They have an empty lobby with no employees visible, the same is said for their neighbor at Subway.

I am a lover of Insta Juice but the last two times that I have gone in it has been terrible. My server has been Dominic both times and he keeps messing up my bowls. He doesn’t know what he is doing. He messed up my bowl the first time. I have always ordered the hippie bowl and it has never been green. I also asked him to make me the one in the picture posted and he had no clue which bowl it was. When I went in today I had asked for extra strawberries in my bowl. My bowl had no strawberries whatsoever. I brought it to his attention and he went ahead and cut up frozen strawberries instead of the fresh ones. Im not trying to be picky but when you pay $10 for a bowl I expect it to be made right. I believe Dominic needs some re training he argued with me the first time about my bowl being incorrect as well.

First time visiting here. Dining area was clean, short wait. Our smoothies were absolutely delicious and at a good price. I recommend the Love Potion #9. Perfectly smooth and just so yummy! Can't wait to come back!
