Jersey Mike's Subs

Was really good for awhile but last 3 visits bread was dry and sandwiches were wrong . This was the only place I’d go for subs

Most oily sandwich I've ever had, it's 'EVERY WHERE'. After eating my sandwich it felt like I just got done changing my oil. Nice people, bad food.

Idk how people are hating on this so much. It’s just like any other Jersey Mikes and they staff are very nice. Sandwiches are good. Not sure what the issue is

Horrible customer service, I go to the pick up area, no food I wait 15 minutes before I was addressed, no one makes eye contact….what a joke!

Food is typically good but the service, time to get food, efficiency of this place is terrible. Way worse than other locations. Put in an online order that was 30min late from target pickup. Staff didn't care a bit - ignored the whole pickup area and all the people in it. Had to get in line just for an update. Sheesh. Danny Devito would be disappointed...

Sandwiches are great! However, I stopped going, it's extremely inefficient. 30 minutes to get a cold sandwich is ridiculous. So many people working, but all the focus seems to be on online and drive through pick up orders. I dont know what happened, but typical of most restaurants when they open in Cheyenne, the first couple months is great then the colorado employees go home and it all falls apart.

For me, this is the best sandwich store in Cheyenne. Food is great; prices are competitive; service is outstanding. As with all new places in town, the place is crazy busy right now. That'll level out soon.

Idk what it is with people in this goddamn city but y'all need to learn how to do your damn jobs the right way. Thank you for the meatwich, where my husband ordered veggies and mayo and clearly there is a lack of. I just LOVE dry meatwiches. Learn how to do your damn job.

Every time I go here I’m disappointed! This time the girl screwed up my order was rude and the food was gross. The other girl was cleaning and proceeded to handle our food without washing her hands. The manager needs to train the employees better

Didn’t do correct sizes ordered or confirm/read the order back if she was confused. I asked to have my sandwich/meat cooked and the girl made a big deal and said they would “only this one time since it was slow and couldn’t promise it all the time.” She then proceeded to not even do it. I have had my sandwiched roasted at every other JM ever.
