For me, this is the best sandwich store in Cheyenne. Food is great; prices are competitive; service is outstanding. As with all new places in town, the place is crazy busy right now. That'll level out soon.

Idk what it is with people in this goddamn city but y'all need to learn how to do your damn jobs the right way. Thank you for the meatwich, where my husband ordered veggies and mayo and clearly there is a lack of. I just LOVE dry meatwiches. Learn how to do your damn job.

Every time I go here I’m disappointed! This time the girl screwed up my order was rude and the food was gross. The other girl was cleaning and proceeded to handle our food without washing her hands. The manager needs to train the employees better

Didn’t do correct sizes ordered or confirm/read the order back if she was confused. I asked to have my sandwich/meat cooked and the girl made a big deal and said they would “only this one time since it was slow and couldn’t promise it all the time.” She then proceeded to not even do it. I have had my sandwiched roasted at every other JM ever.

Counter lady, was rude. Floor was filthy. Plastic gloves just thrown on the floor. Food all over the place. One guy I will say was friendly and training someone. I am willing to wait. Trainer apologized. 5 people some one should be cleaning. 3 customers. Really looked forward to this place. Get it together!

Spent 20min waiting in a line of about 5 people. No one was being helped and the only focus was on the drive thru. The employees never explained why it was taking so long or apologized for the wait. We left without any food as we hadn’t moved in the line at all. Very poor way to run a store, if you don’t have enough employees to run everything shut the drive thru down and focus on the customers that are actually in your store.

I placed an online order for two sandwiches at 5 PM. I received the email Saying that they would be ready at 5:42 PM, I arrived at the store at 5:45 and was not acknowledged until 605 at which Time they could not find my order slip that I was told my order was being made right now. I ultimately walked out the door with my two sandwiches at about 6:30 PM nearly 50 minutes after they were supposed to be ready and well over an hour after I place the order.

The absolute worst ran restaurant i ever been to in my 43 years on earth. Everyone was lost and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Paid for drinks didn't get them. Sandwiches were soggy and nasty. My company will no longer cater through this particular Jersey Mike's. We will use Jimmy Johns for our Cheyenne branch moving forward. There it's really nothing else to say other than this place was literally the WORST ran business period. Can you do negative stars?

Food was reliably JM. However, restaurant itself was unkept, very young staff was far less than personable, and they managed to also get our order wrong...& managed to be indifferent as to their mistake. All in all, a miserable experience. Will NOT return to this JM, although I remain a fan of JM more generally.

If you need last minute subs… don’t call these people. They want 24 hour notice!

Like every place in Cheyenne starts off hot then something happens, flies are on all of their food in there, the lettuce looks like it has been sitting for hours evrrything really is uncovered it was nasty I had to walk out Jersey mikes everywhere else is so good what is it with this town that ruins food?
