This is one of the BEST Jimmy Johnâs in the country for 3 main reasons. 1: consider the size of the town and limited people that are able to work at one time, STILL are nicer, faster, and overall more consistent compared to similar sandwich shops and EVEN major fast food places in town (the local Taco Bellâs are INABLE to want to take inshop orders to prioritize drive thru) 2: despite mess ups that do happen (no one is perfect and accidents happen) they are able to handle it in a professional manor. IF PEOPLE LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ON THIS STORE⊠90% OF THE TIME ITS BECAUSE THEY CANT HANDLE THEIR OWN ACCOUNTABILITY FROM A MISTAKE THEY MADE. Refunds, free sub cards, and overall friendly service are the reasons why people keep coming back and why I will CONTINUE to eat here! 3: The staff is constantly changing, but the upper management has stayed the same and has been able to train well rounded employees and keep the store consistent, even if they are short staffed or slammed from multiple orders.
To conclude, this is one of the best choices to eat at in town because of overall speediness compared to other food chains, the respectful and polite staff able to solve issues even if it was the customers inability to realize that that everyone makes mistakes, and finally the most consistent and enthusiastic place to eat a sandwich at on any day of the week and any time. There have been a couple times I've gone through their drive-thru and their service has not been freaky fast. I don't know if the order was ready and they just didn't realize it but it seemed like it took forever to get our food. Otherwise I would give them five stars their sandwiches are always good and normally they are very fast

Unusually have really fast service, but last night was horrible. Whatâs the point of ordering ahead if itâs not ready and have to wait 40 mins for it in the drive thru. I waited 30 Mins and then got up there and it still wasnât ready!

Every time I come in to pickup my to-go order the workers are friendly and quick! I have to highlight excellent service especially from the lady manager. She promoted the latest cookie by putting it into our to-go order. The restaurant is always clean. This is our go-to fast food option when we're working hard outside. It's always great.

I want to give a shout out to the crew of Lincoln Way Jimmy John's they were busy and backed up last night but when they came through with our food they did a great job. Thank you for y'all hard work and hooking it up last night. We'll be back!
I am not writing this to stir drama. I'm genuinely frustrated. I placed a delivery order at the time of 2:45. It's 3:33 and my order still isn't here. It's in town so the driver doesn't have to go far. A lot of people are on a tight lunch schedule and can't wait for a long delivery. Please don't claim that you are freaky fast because you're the opposite. I'm so frustrated and very hungry and have to go back to work with an empty stomach.

Wonât be coming back to the location on McCann in Cheyenne anymore. Whoever was running the drive thru was completely rude and arrogant about a simple easy request. My sandwich wasnât even made correctly and I also found a hair in it as well. I am completely disgusted and lost my appetite all together.
