They have 5-6 workers in the store every time I go in and NEVER have any french bread and then proceed to ask me to wait 30 mins or get my sandwich on wheat. You guys are jimmy johns and known for your bread stop screwing around and do your job.

Might want to fix or replace your point of sale machines. Took us longer to check out and pay than it did for sandwiches to be made. Obviously it is an issue when employees tell customers that the machines don't work right.

I usually get the gargantuan with chips and soda. It is very good and I have had it many times over the years. I also get the ham and cheese and turkey and cheese. I have eaten here twice in the last three years. The service is average. It's not impressive.

Very nice decor and armosphere. Kind, professional folks. There is a good selection of sandwhiches and drinks.
These are very expensive sandwiches and there was a lot of bread and hardly any meat or cheese and a ton of vegetables so if you’re trying to skimp on the meat in the cheese well then it resembles subway. Wasn’t that great either. It’s been a lot of money I was not impressed.

I have to say I've genuinely never seen a fast food establishment as well run as this, it's so clean it sparkles lol. Not to mention the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Bravo!! And thank you to the amazing management and staff!

Went through drive through and was shorted a sandwich. This was discovered after returning to work. I called and talked to a female who refused to identify herself. She refused to make it right unless I went back to the store. I was unable to return as I already used my lunch time the first trip.
