Great place for lunch.
I went here not too long ago and , was treated fairly and with respect. Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.
Food was VERY tasty and was fresh.
Seating was very nice, cozy, and peaceful.
All tables were very clean and shiny, Bathrooms were too.
No wait and was almost immediately served right as I ordered.
Overall, would eat lunch here everyday.

Huge seating area!
ETA: the team here is helpful and friendly. We frequently stop here on our way up from Colorado to get lunch on our way to camping trips. It is easy to access from the highway and has a surprising amount of parking for a downtown location. Thanks for always fueling our adventures!

Staff was friendly. Placed an online order, was not made as requested. Food still tasted well for a sub sandwich. Price was a bit high, but that seems to be the trend everywhere. The wait was exceptionally long and put me late back to work.

Came to this store at 4:26 on a Saturday and the doors were locked and all the signs were off? Tried to call the store (4 times) to see what was going on and after they finally answered they said it was due to staffing.

Every time I call there music in the back ground that I have repeat my self over and over please turn ur music down that rude maybe you guys could take orders of ur music wasn’t so dam loud
Disappointed. We like to order at Jimmy John's when we get sandwiches out. The young lady taking my order was professional and had good customer service, her coworker however was snappy and unprofessional. When trying to order cheddar cheese rather than the standard provolone on a child's little john sandwich, the coworker unprofessionally snapped and said she can't do that, that only special cheese goes on hot sandwiches. No offer of an upcharge or any resolution. Nothing. Just NO. I said they can cancel my whole order and I will go where I can get the "special cheese" as requested. I realize my would be 30 dollar order will unfaze Jimmy Johns. However, I chose to spend my money elsewhere today and drove out of my way to do so, out of principle. We will continue to patron at their competitors, out of principle. People have a choice where they spend their hard earned money and in this economy, customer service goes a long way. I understand policy, but the way you present yourself and act MATTERS! Also, Jimmy John's probably should look at your policy. Do customers not have an option to customize their order and receive their food the way they'd like? What about allergies or special dietary needs. What about special needs customers? Are you not inclusive?

Three blocks away could have gone and ordered and picked up in store. Took an hour went to the store, and their excuse was that they only had one driver and order was out for delivery with seven others. If we had known this, we would have known this we would have went in to get it. Oh, and when trying to call them, the phone would not go through and would hang up immediately! I'm very disappointed!
