Disappointed. We like to order at Jimmy John's when we get sandwiches out. The young lady taking my order was professional and had good customer service, her coworker however was snappy and unprofessional. When trying to order cheddar cheese rather than the standard provolone on a child's little john sandwich, the coworker unprofessionally snapped and said she can't do that, that only special cheese goes on hot sandwiches. No offer of an upcharge or any resolution. Nothing. Just NO. I said they can cancel my whole order and I will go where I can get the "special cheese" as requested. I realize my would be 30 dollar order will unfaze Jimmy Johns. However, I chose to spend my money elsewhere today and drove out of my way to do so, out of principle. We will continue to patron at their competitors, out of principle. People have a choice where they spend their hard earned money and in this economy, customer service goes a long way. I understand policy, but the way you present yourself and act MATTERS! Also, Jimmy John's probably should look at your policy. Do customers not have an option to customize their order and receive their food the way they'd like? What about allergies or special dietary needs. What about special needs customers? Are you not inclusive?

Three blocks away could have gone and ordered and picked up in store. Took an hour went to the store, and their excuse was that they only had one driver and order was out for delivery with seven others. If we had known this, we would have known this we would have went in to get it. Oh, and when trying to call them, the phone would not go through and would hang up immediately! I'm very disappointed!

Really good food really fast. The night crew was amazing. Definitely makes it worth more of a trip next time to this location when I am passing through again.

I've been here for two weeks, ordered sandwiches/ meal deals on four different occasions and this last time will be my LAST time. The guy taking my order upcharged me for everything even though I explicitly told him I wanted the $10 meal deal #2. He then stated " it was too late" to change it. Spoke to the manager and he was no help either. I'll be calling corporate office on Monday.

My sandwich was ready fast! That being said; I've probably eaten about 100 Jimmy John's sandwiches in my life from many different locations and this was by far the worst. There was barely any filling! I apologetically asked for more filling (which I've never done before, but I was hungry!) and, after pushing back a few times, he remade my sandwich the exact same as the first. It's probably just one guy making lame sandwiches but it's a bad look for Jimmy John's and I probably won't try my luck at this location again.

Staff is nice, food is typical Jimmy John's, location is really, really difficult if you have a trailer. I wound up parking a block or so away and walking in (if you are heading northbound, go around the next block to the right - there are likely a couple of spots over there.
