Time n time again I order the Italian night club and time n time again they put mayo and it doesn't get mayo. Even when you request that they will say it doesn't get mayo but they put it on anyway. I hope the other Jimmy John's in the area are doing better.

I really don't know if I'll comeback after today I didn't know it was ok the just throw a customers order on the counter and make them bag it up themselves like oh well I don't care if it's your food or not and half the ingredients that were supposed to be on the sandwich aren't even there my tomatoes were missing and they just don't seem to care how it's made the guy who took my order is the only one I'll say was decent even though they seemed more interested in dinking around than doing anything else I hope other people got better service than I did this time that's for sure if I want Jimmy johns next time I'll just stop at the other one on my way to my night job since they seem to actually care about what there doing

I just ordered my food to be contact free and left at my door. I also asked for my sandwich to be cut in half. When the delivery driver arrived, he BANGED on my door twice for me to answer. My sandwich was also not cut in half.

I had to go inside to eat here. It's been over five years since I've been here. I went to college where the second Jimmy John's in Carbondale Illinois is located so I feel like I have an idea of what Jimmy John's is suppose to be. This place does a pretty good job of making that happen. I eat the gargantuan with lite lettuce extra tomato and mayo with a lot of peppers. I get chips and a soda with it. I've been eating this at Jimmy John's since 2000. This one is good and the service is better than the other one in Cheyenne.

Ordered Jimmy John's Delivery at noon, took over an hour for delivery and they are 1 mile away???? Jimmy John's advertised delivery within 5 minutes?After calling I was told the driver was just leaving.... that was 20 min ago...Finally the guy shows up, I ask for a straw and he said its in the bag, and drove off.... opened the bag, there was no straw!!! What the heck?Also the sandwich was soggy! And wasn't very good!

UPDATE:I received a very pleasant email from Jake at this location advising me of how this situation was dealt with. Jimmy Johns has always been phenomenal restaurant as all employees we have dealt with have treated us with respect and kindness. I am so glad these qualities are important to this company. One bad experience will not ruin one hundred great experiences for us! Thank you Jake for reaching out!The food is always exceptional! The delivery driver not so much. First he walked off with our change then when he was required to bring it back and get his actual tip, he slammed the money down, cursed at my daughter, and made a scene in the establishment we were in. Although I reported his behavior to the "manager", I doubt it was addressed. I won't let one person's behavior prevent me from enjoying their food but I definitely won't be giving my business to this particular store.

Mallory is absolutely amazing I take my granddaughter lunch to East High school almost on a daily basis and Mallory is the one who works the drive thru the majority of the time! The service is GREAT!!!! The food is GREAT!!!! I order on the app online and it is always ready when I arrive! The ostaff members are GREAT!!!! THANK YOU YOU JIMMY JOHNS!!!!
