Literally the worst KFC Ive ever been to. I had one bad experience here with very aggressive workers but I let it go, I came again today and the workers are so incompetent and couldn't fulfill a very simple order of chicken nuggets. Said it would be a 15 minute wait. Seriously? No wonder why KFC locations are shutting down. Not to mention no utensils to eat the other food we ordered so it was cold by the time we got to our destination. Do not go here!

The food here is always FRESH and HOT!!! My biscuits are always fluffy, my sides are always fresh and ready to eat. I don't even have to wait long for my order at all. Not the mention the staff is always accommodating to my request.

It took 36 minutes to have my order taken at the counter. It was freezing in the restaurant too. The lady running the pick ups, Uber Eats, door dash and the front counter needs a break or they need to hire more front help. Food was ok but got cold fast in the lobby while I tried to eat it as fast as I could. I would have used the drive up but wanted to eat in the lobby. I won’t make that mistake again.

Truly a Fast restaurant with efficiency , along with a Family environment. I was greeted with a welcoming presence and a smile. My food was Hot and ready within minutes, the taste was KFC Perfection and to see the crew getting along with communication was cool to see. I will be returning to this KFC!!

Went through the drive threw and had to repeat the order 3 times and asked them to make both meals large size and got 2 small fry’s and the chicken sandwich meal I got I asked for just pickles and they put mayonnaise on the top then you can tell the wiped it off and then they flipped it over and the bottom had mayonnaise on it with the pickles wow thanks a lot couldn’t eat it cause I’m elegiac to mayonnaise so when people go to get dinner and they spend any amount of money please pay attention

I love kfc but this specific location sucks. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances to get it right and they seem to be only getting worse. They have extra crispy chicken thats literally soaked in grease, to missing half my order. If they do get me the food it’s the wrong food. The people at this location can’t fallow simple instructions. Even through DoorDash and their own website they can’t follow the instructions. Good luck if you go in at night you’ll probably get ignored for about 10 minutes before an employee finally says they’ll be with us shortly. There is absolutely no customer service at this location. Just for reference in this photo i ordered a number 1 extra crispy dark meat with mash potatoes. Ordered exactly like that I ended up with a leg a breast (they are actually crispy this time) and mashed potato with gravy. So one thing is the way I ordered it. Do better it’s not that hard. that’s coming from some who has worked in the food industry.

I ordered via door dash 4.99 4 1 scoop of mac and chease 8.00 4 a bowl of coleslaw🤯 i totally got screwed on this deal, kfc in Cheyenne Wyoming used 2 be good but has gone gone 2 hell with there prices i will not be back or utilize vthem again &i highly recommend everyone stop doing business with this firm maybe just maybe they might come 2 there senses and realize there own Missteps
