This is at least the 3rd time we've been extrememly disappointed with KFC. It's disappointing almost every time but usually for trivial things. Usually missing things from the order. Bones in the pot pies. (Not trivial if you order one for your kids) But there are 3 times that really stand out. Marlee (shift manager) has been there (and been responsible for) two of those times. I took some chicken back to the front counter that was so raw it practically clucked. Marlee said it was fine. Someone from the back actually looked at it and replaced it for me. This time my husband and I went there for lunch. Hubby ordered. I said I wanted the same thing. Marlee asks if we want "anything else?" Sure. A side of mashed potatoes to share. Order comes out. No side on my order. Just the gravy and the mashed potatoes for the additional side we requested. I told Marlee I had ordered cole slaw for my side and the potatoes were an add on. She said "you didn't make that clear" and walked off mumbling that it was my fault. Didn't offer to fix it or ask if I wanted to order another side. Just walked off talking crap. Hubby went to the counter and reminded her how the conversation went. She said "I'm not gonna argue with you" and charged almost $4 for a small side of cole slaw. She is rude. She has absolutely no customer service skills. She shouldn't be working at the counter and dealing with customers. I will not go back there and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW why I won't be going back. Thanks Marlee. Easiest decision I've ever made. I'm so glad i didn't take my kids today. There's no reason to be so disrespectful to your (former) customers. Seems like KFC has some pretty low standards when it comes to hiring their managers.

Last time I went, the pieces were do damn small and the biscuits may as well have been from yesterday, they were so stale and hard :( The time prior, good sized pieces, fresh tading biscuit. Consistency makes or breaks a resteraunt! If those biscuits are old and hard, throw them away! DO NOT SERVE THEM! As for the size difference, that is something that JFC needs to correct!

Chicken would be raw if it wasn't prefrozen already cooked. No golden fried. Quick move you through so you can't complain. Go anywhere else.

I am so sick and tired of having to check every inch of my orders in order to get the right food… that I ordered. Seriously, how hard is it to just put what someone orders, so annoying and frustrating. Take out my food to find the wrong sides, how lovely. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I seldom if ever eat KFC. I tried making an online order but for some reason it just wasn’t working correctly.
I went to the KFC on Lincolnway. Met the best fast food staff I have met in a very very long time. O wish I had gotten their names because they deserve to be known by name and not just “the staff”.
Lincolnway KFC-Thank you for being so kind and courteous. And yes I did also send a note to corporate too.

I hate what corporate greed has done to KFC. The chicken was good, but the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like it was full of chemicals. The mac and cheese was okay, as was the biscuit. But only okay, not the awesomeness that they were back in the 70's and 80's. The tea was nothing to write home about either. I can't fault th local store, but the corporation I surely can. Quick profits for the shareholders over quality that produce higher profits for longer.
