Waited 15 minutes for 3 orders of Crazy Puffs. Two of them were quite crispy and burnt on top. All three orders were barely warm. Typically, they are so hot you have to wait a few minutes to eat them. I was wondering why they made me wait for cold food? I tried to call them, and I was unable to get anyone on the phone. We got back on the interstate and made it to Longmont to get fresh, hot ones. What a disappointment this Cheyenne location is.

I’m typing this as they are remaking my Pizza for the 4 time this order. I order via phone call for pick up and when I went to go pick it up, the order was made incorrectly, so I explained it to them and they remade the pizza no hassle. The next one came out and it was still wrong, so I showed them the receipt and explain it to them (only because I use to work at a little Caesars) and after showing them the receipt, they came back it was still wrong. They compared the pizza to the receipt thinking it was right but then I pointed out where it was incorrect and they remade the pizza again finally being right on the 4th time. I can understand once, but 4 times is crazy. This isn’t the first time the order, but it’s first time they’ve had to make it this many times. I recommend simple orders from them, otherwise just pick a differ little Caesar’s or pizza place in general.

Employees were friendly and quick, with it being just walk in grab and go you expect the quick but it’s still nice to have the person behind the counter having good customer service.

This Little Caesars has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I went in to order a pizza and right as soon as i walked in the guy working there was rude. Once i ordered I waited 15 minutes and went back in and they had told me they didn’t even have my order so they took my receipt and made the pizza which again took about 20 minutes. When i got my food there was proof that they were just being rude and trying to push my order on purpose, their computer prints the stickers for the orders and they put it on the box every time. If my order wasn’t up there how did they still have the sticker?
The food is good but it takes an hour to get your food because there is only every one person working it's faster to eat at Texas Roadhouse than here some days
