Whoever is managing these employees needs to get fired, or just get demoted. I've never had such slow, inconsistent service in my life. There's been multiple occasions where I've ordered my food and it's taken almost an hour to get a single pizza or the rolls due to them burning the first batch, or not put the order in altogether.

My pizza was burnt and not fresh

Greasy pile of uncooked dough.
Found a roach in my food
This time was pretty decent. The pizza looked like a photo, nicely done
It wasn’t the newest on the racks, but wasn’t terrible. This place is hit or miss, but lately been pretty alright.

Wanted to order a pizza for the Broncos game on Thursday night. Little Caesars is one of my favorite pizza chains and I have used this location for YEARS. Online ordering was disabled, so I called the number FOUR times and there was no answer. Ended up making frozen pizza instead. Will seriously reconsider ordering from this location again. Stillwater location had online ordering, but I didn’t want to drive all the way across town for my pizza. Now I’m thinking maybe next time it will be worth the trip. They obviously care more about people’s business in Cheyenne.

After I got rid of the pieces that had hair on them I had to finish cooking at home. I think the employees were too worried about hitting their vapes and checking their phones.
Miss Bobbie is AWESOME!!!!

The picture prolly doesn’t give it what it was due, and it was t necessarily the greatest pizza I’ve ever had, or even the greatest little Caesar’s pizza I’ve ever consumed, but this was very possibly the prettiest pizza I’ve ever seen which I didn’t slap myself, Caesar’s or otherwise.
Good job on at least that.

It's fallen a long way from when they opened. The floor and chairs need scrubbed and I'm sure the vents are caked. Up to u if u wanna risk it.

I went to grab a hot n ready pizza. They were out which is understandable. You would think there would be some in the oven since they had none ready, but there wasn't. I was the only person in the store, yet when I asked the lazy employee with a bad attitude how long it would be to make one, he said 30 minutes. It takes about 12 minutes to make a pizza. Probably less there since they under cook them most of the time. Needless to say, I left and won't be back.

One old pizza and very under cooked bread sticks. Do you guys hate your job or what? Can’t even eat it at all.

They got my order wrong, and what they gave us was horrible. Bread sticks was under cooked. They did make it right by giving me our original order for free for when we want to pick it up.

We ordered a deep dish 5 meat pizza. When we ordered the woman taking the order was super friendly. However, when we got home we discovered that the pizza was undercooked and cold. We called to ask for a replacement and told them we could bring the pizza we had back in to show them. They needed to call the manager to see if they could do that. They could. So we went back and the staff was unpleasant and acted as if we shouldn't have been bothered by the first pizza. We checked the second pizza in the store and again, it was undercooked. We decided we didn't want to make a fuss again so we walked out. Also, the crazy bread we got was cold, not seasoned and you could tell it was old. 10/10 would not recommend this Little Caesars.???
