Went through drive thru for a quick McMuffin meal before work. I had been craving it for weeks. The lady taking my order had an attitude and was obviously not paying attention to her job because she would consistently go quiet and then ask me to repeat what I said and even add random stuff to my order. I know they no longer have lattes so I did what I always do and ask for something like a hot vanilla latte. It's McDonald's and nothing is fancy so I was not expecting that just something with the same concept. She would only tell me they didn't have one. I asked for a vanilla hot coffee then with a little milk. She asked if I wanted cream and sugar and I told her no just vanilla flavor and a little milk. She disregarded everything I said and just put vanilla flavor with cream and sugar. Went to pick it up and of course not only did they order the drink wrong but messed up the wrong drink anyways. Small coffee instead of large, no sugar, one cream, and no flavoring at all added. Next time I will probably just ask for an iced vanilla coffee hot so they can maybe do their jobs accurately. I hate complaining but for crying out loud it's really not that hard. (I know because I used to work McDonald's) Shout out to the morning lady in the first drive thru window taking money. She is always amazing at her job and I makes the service ten times better. Thank you for doing your best.

asked for no onions on 3 double cheeseburgers and they put onions on both sides of the each burger including the middle between the patty’s. you would either have to go out of your way to do so or i was given pre made burgers due to the staff being too lazy to make new ones.

Store Manager was very disrespectful! I found long nasty hair in my food 3 Times. She told me I’ll get refunded what we didn’t eat!!!So she had the time to go through our nasty hair food in order to refund me! Very sad!I’ve never had this problem. I hope solves anyone else’s problems.. Be careful and watch your food!

I truly enjoyed this McDonalds! It has a great play center. It is a big play center not the new smaller k es. It is also well kept and the staff is also friendly. I ordered on the app and they brought our food within 10 minutes plus our order was actually correct!Kid-friendliness: Huge play area, clean inside the tunnels also, lots of windows for natural light!Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not sure about entry but the doors are wide enough to get into the play ground with a wheel chair.
