Showed up in the drive thru tonight at 11pm no one came on the speaker so pulled out checked goggle and it said the drive thru was open so I went through again still nothing so I called they answered and said they were closed asked why it said the drive thru was open online and got the response we’re closed. Never had this problem before at the Yellowstone location till tonight. As a business you should be open the hours you post

A few weeks ago I had ordered breakfast to be delivered for my kids while I was out of town. We didn't get half our order, called them and were told the only way to make it right was to come in in 7 minutes because breakfast would be over. Couldn't do that as I was out of town and my kids are not quite driving age yet. Ordered delivery again tonight, kids have activities and we needed it fast, showed up missing fries. Can't even blame delivery people as the bags are sealed. Called them again and they want me to come in again, but, don't have time as kids have activities to get to. As much as it costs with everything anymore, I want what I paid for. We are still waiting for a call from somebody that the manager said would be calling us weeks ago. Done with this business

McDonald’s sometimes get your order wrong today I ordered the Kerwin frost box and I ordered everything in a large and they gave me medium size fries.

Apparently they have a same-day replacement policy you’re expected to come back after you’ve wasted the gasoline time and money, paying for their food you have to go through some process just to get reimbursed or someone else at corporate will talk to you. This is extremely absurd. I personally work in customer service, and I work in fast food And at Chick-fil-A I could tell you we handle this much differently. Thank you very much and my pleasure.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, since I went to the school right there. I often see Michelle and she is the best worker you guys have ! Very polite and made coming here a lot nicer. She deserves a big raise !!
