Pls get your shit together, this is the fourth time I’ve ordered literally just a hamburger with NO onions, and have received a cheeseburger with what looks like extra onions. Cmon.

Old white lady taking the orders in the drive thru at around 7:20am on Jan 23rd was very rude, when I asked if I could get a specific item, she said and I quote "NO!" very rudely and then there was just silence and shock on my end. Instead of confronting her rudeness I ignored everything, ordered my 5 breakfast burritos for me and my wife and waited for my food. When I got home, the burritos were LITERALLY folded in half as if the punched them, they were half full and barely even wrapped, it was unbelievable.

The last few times we have ordered here through door dash we have had problems. They forget items, the food is cold and old, tonight I had little black hairs in my chicken nuggets and had to throw it in the trash. They obviously don't care about their customers and their food. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this store. Will never eat there again

I do not ever leave reviews unless company is really good. But for this mcdonalds I will put a review. This was literally the worst mcdonalds I've been to. The food was cold. My hamburger was smashed , the nuggets were cold and hard, and so was the fries. The only thing they didn't messed up was the drinks. The guy at the register was also the guy that got the fries and he had long hair that was definitely not clean. I love mcdonalds and this is my first bad interaction with one. This has to be one of the worst mcdonalds there is no wonder it only has 3 stars.

Well sitting and waiting for my to go order i watched the managet drop two bags of food on the floor everything came out of the bags, she repackaged the food, then gave it out the drive through window

It's 7:21pm on Dec 29th, 2024, an employee new to assembly on the right side of the table is being trained by someone in a dark blue shirt, I'm guessing crew trainer, is not being corrected on touching the ketchup despenser to the sandwich causing it to touch the mustard that was dispensed onto the top bun already.
For those who don't know this is cross contamination. It's also completely unexcusable. This is entirely the individual who is training not the individual who was learning fault

Waited 30 minutes for food. They weren't busy just had no management skills. They were out of everything is what I heard them talking about but never telling the customer. Had to help an elderly gentleman because the employees couldn't be bothered to take his order. Watch a handicap lady have to have her order brought to her by another customer because the employees couldn't be bothered to put it in the system right so they rang it as to go and she was sitting there. The are offering items on their boards but only way to order is through the employee that is not available. They are lacking any customer service skills and the management is either not there or doesn't care. 5 ppl including myself waited more than 20 minutes for food, 1 of which was Doordash and another was drive thru that they told to wait and he sat there for 30 minutes.
The last 4 times I have been there they have not put any sauce on my Big Mac. After a few times of this happening I finally decided to call. Once I called the guy Joey argued with me about how he never messes up an order. VERY annoyed and disappointed

They didn't give me a receipt so I can't go to corporate so I'll say it here. You have me a burned no sauce chicken sandwich. KNOWINGLY.and still gave it to me so you didn't have to make a new 1. Disgraceful! And pathetic. This place has gone down hill. Dont eat here. Must check your bags for what you ordered it always wrong. I didn't even get the sauce you charged me for. And you didn't give me a receipt! Sad excuse of a McDonald's. Low quality, dirty, horribly rude workers.
