Shorted me a hash brown a few times ago. I usually order two. It's on the receipt in my hand and it's also on the receipt stapled to the bag. Shouldn't be that hard.
Today, they did the same thing. So, I guess maybe for every like five to ten times I come in there I'm going to pay for a hash brown and not get it.
It's funny -- I sit in there for like ten minutes waiting for anything I order. Why not take the extra ten additional seconds to double check things and make sure your customers are getting what they pay for?

3 times in the past 2 months ive ordered my food one hour prior, thinking it will take 20 minutes max to be ready. I get there and it still isn't ready, over an hour of waiting for my food. I have been late twice to my classes because I ordered my food over an hour ago through the mobile app and it wasn't ready I was still waiting.
