When did mcdonalds start serving RAW_QUARTER_POUND_BURGERS???

They should of told people the coffee machine was down before people Oder drinks the person was rude to me and another person that was waiting for in order for food they should of had the Oder read for that person we got better service at another McDonald’s in town

The best oil change experience I’ve ever had! They were fast thorough and explained everything to me even brought up something on my vehicle that most would have ignored or not noticed. I highly recommend Take 5 for your oil changes! Wish they had one in Gillette, Wyoming!

I swear the food is changing and not for the better. It's McDonald's in general and not this location. This location and it's employees are fine, fast and friendly. I think the food is over processed and tastes nothing like it used to.

I’m not a McDonald’s person but I was driving through and it was late and needed food quickly. This was the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and the burger was way better than typical McDonald’s burgers. Also the girls at the window were very sweet and happy and friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I have visited this location twice in the last month. Both times they have incorrectly charged for food. The first time, I asked for four bacon McDoubles. The drive thru charged me for four quarter pounders with bacon added which turned a 3.99 burger into an $8 burger. The second time, I ordered two bacon mcdoubles. The drive thru put it in as McDoubles with bacon added. This caused a 3.99 burger to be charged as a 5.98 burger. There was also hair found in one of the burgers. Upon hearing about this, the manager’s response was not to try and fix the problem with the employees but only do you want your money back. Would not recommend buying here.

Why are the prices higher at the south side location compared to the north side location?

I just went through the drive thru tonight 10/30/25 and i got home and i took a bite of my burger and it was pink. Went back and showed them, they made a new one, and that was pink too. He only refunded me for the sandwich instead of trying to offer more, the girl in drive thru said she would give me something else too to compensate for the mess up. Did not receive that either.

I had never had a problem with this establishment, but today everything was different. I just asked for some things that were missing from my order. The young employee got upset even though he knew it was his mistake and, not satisfied with that, they gave me my things in such an unpleasant way that it seems somewhat unfair to me. I hope they can give their employees better training.
