My son was being sweet and went to the only McDonalds in Jonesboro La to get me something to eat because I was not feeling well and with this virus going on right now there's not a lot of places to eat my son was called a crackhead and then he was told that there was something wrong with him because he has never done weed or any kind of drugs. This is not a good thing for a company / industy. No employee should be telling a customer They are a crackhead and that there is something wrong with them because they have never done weed or drugs just because they are walking and the way they look. Yes my son has very long hair and a go tee and he has to walk up to the window because the store doors is locked due to the virus and because of this virus that is spreading all over the US. My son walks to McDonald's, Burger King, and Sonic regularly. Burger King, Sonic and none of the other fast food restaurants have had a problem with my son walking up to there windows to make a order or anybody else walking up to make a order. Customers like my son is what keeps your restaurants open and Pays everyone's paychecks and makes you money. I do not think it is right that someone can call someone that and has never done drugs a crackhead and tell them that there is something wrong with them because they have never smoked weed or done any type drugs. This is not acceptable for any employee for any company / industry to tell a customer. A employee should be fired for this action. A small town like this it is very easy for a rumor like this to spread fast and it is what ruins people's reputation and their self esteem and is considered mental abuse and it makes it hard for someone to get a job. I called the manager and the manager said all she can do is write the girl up for doing so. The manager said that she knew who done it and that she was Sorry. I told the manager I was sick rite now and my son walked there to get me something to eat. I think more action should be taken this is bad for your company / industry. This could cause your company / industy to loose all your customers at this location and cause you have to shut down your restaurant and it will cause the company / industy to be sued. If this Girl dose not loose her job she should not be in contact with any customers she should be put in the kitchen and only in the kitchen before she insults anyone else. We will be getting in touch with your company/ industry monday morning.
